The ad issue isn't really an issue for some of us because Google has lost the war on ad-blockers on the devices and browsers we use.
However, big respect to your opinion and approach to it! It's awesome that you're considerate of your audience.
Ed: Actually, I don't know how monetisation works on YT when we do that. Maybe it is inconsiderate of me as a viewer, too. I'll look into it.

@@victoriasvlog definitely one hundred years of solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez! Love the atmosphere of magic in everyday life, which is on every sentence of this book. Also love all the characters, even the most unpleasant ones. However, it was a reread. So without cheating… I liked Steppenwolf by Hesse and Transcendent Kingdom by Yaa Gyasi the most so far:)
Have you finished a little life? You mentioned in one of the vlogs that you are about to start it. It is on my shelf but honestly I am afraid to start reading it😅

No, I haven't finished yet (I'm visiting my family in Germany atm, so less time to read 😅) But I love the book already - the author is amazing with character/world building. I already feel so invested in the main characters' lives that I'm a bit afraid of what will happen 🙈

I guess the fact that the author makes you invested in the characters is exactly why the ending (I have no idea what the ending is and plan to dive in at some point in the future without knowing it) is so devastating! I will be happy to hear your thoughts about it when you are done:)
