It used to annoy me that in Vice city the pistol was called a colt 45 but in San Andreas it was called a 9mm. It doesn’t bother me anymore because I know that companies like Rock Island make 9mm 1911 style handguns. I think a Glock or Beretta would have suited GTA S.A. more though.
My most favorite is Dual Tec 9 100 rounds or mini uzi 100 rounds, spas 12 semi automatic, m4 have 50 rounds cause ak47 have 30 round plus m4 there’s a location on Los Santos airport terminal lastly Desert eagle powerful gun

My uncle worked in the development stage of gta sa, however the weapon sounds aren't realistic like that one's in gta 3 and vice city because they recorded the sounds from toy gun and ww2 footages, and also if u looked closely to the textures of the guns it may look like it's made of cardboard.
Curiously, the MP5 is in a different category than the Tec-9 and the Micro Uzi. So there is a possibility that it could have been planned to have more SMGs and that you could carry a Micro SMG and an SMG at the same time.
My guess is they planned for the MP5 to not be usable for drive-bys unlike the one-handed micro smg and tec 9. They had a similar thing in GTA 4 TBOGT DLC where the advanced SMG aka P90 was considered an SMG but couldn't be used for drive-by shooting out of a vehicle

My weapon choices are: (All Hitman level) Knife Desert Eagle Sawn-off Shotgun Micro SMG M4 Sniper Rifle Heat Seeking Rocket Launcher Grenade Camera Thermal Goggles. These are the weapons I used to complete the game 100% for the first time.

You forgot 2 melee weapons first the d*ldo second the flowers you can find them in the first place you start a gang war And you can find the d*ldo int the police station
San andreas weapon inventory sucks, it's so confusing and the weapons have the same hud colors. Vice city weapon inventory hud is better due for different weapon colors and making less confusing. However, San andreas Minigun is the best compared the others. I only despise gta sa's weakness. Vice city weapon inventory WINS and San Andreas weapon inventory FAILS.

Me too. The Desert Eagle sounds weak af. The only indication that there's power behind it is the massive recoil when CJ fires it.
