Grace Lyons 2024 Ferris State Commit - PowerStrength Training Systems, Grand Rapids, MI

Grace Lyons completed a brilliant high school basketball career breaking numerous school records and leading Rockford to its first-ever state championship in program history.
She has been training at PowerStrength since middle school getting stronger, faster, and more confident and combining it with her basketball skills to create one of the best Rams players ever.
Grace’s hard work and dedication have allowed her the chance to play at Ferris State University, a program that reached the Final Four in 2023.
