That is a great comparison. I wanted to code my own solver and was searching for a cheap way to compare my results to other solvers to make sure I don't screw up the math. GTO+ seems the obvious choice for that
I have to say you missed a lot on GTO+ - node locking can be very specific - a lot of different report display solution in various ways - you can create script with the board you want - solve from the turn or the river - and the absolute banger: you can play versus the solution and versus your node locking too.
@@feedthemtopigs You can run any set of flops in a database and or solve all files>flops/trees that you exported to a folder (in case you don't have enough RAM) and then import those into a database.
I came across deepsolver and it seems a great option as it a comprimise between gtowizard (comparable speed) and piosolver (functionalities). Have you checked it yet? What's your opinion?
@@2CardConfidence deepsolver is great for making nodelocking with a speed similar to gtowizard IA, have some predefined tendencies (Bully, Nit or Station), and have a similar nodelock algorithm like piosolver for the manual nodelock.
My Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz has 2 cores and 16 GB Ram on my laptop. So if I am going to use a solver I wnat to build a desktop computer that only runs the solver. No internet, no bloatware, cheap video card, nothing else. Do you know how many cores and threads it would take to get PIO solver from the 364 seconds down to the 3 or 4 seconds of GTO Wizard? For instance the Intel® Core™ i9-14900KS Desktop Processor has 24 cores and can be aforded For thousands of dollars the 4th Generation AMD EPYC™ processor family has I think up to 128 cores, but not afordable. Can you hazard a guess at what would be needed for 3 to 4 second performance in a desk top machine for PIO solver?
I'm not an expert on the hardware, so i can only share a couple of things: I'm not sure if it's possible to get it down to 3-4s as I'm almost certain piosolver is programmed to not be able to use more than 16 cores of any computer. I now have an i7 with 24 cores and the sim from the video is probably taking 30-60s (estimating as I'm not on it rn). 2 things I would do in your shoes: - ask the piosolver guys. They have a discord and are very responsive to questions - look up jesolver. It's supposed to be an additional software that can help increase performance of running pio sims tremendously. I haven't used it, but it might help accomplish what you're looking for
GTO wizard really isn’t a great option, you have to put so much faith that there sims are done correctly which many people have pointed out that they are not

You forget about Deepsolver.

You just need to process the nemesis strategy of your simulated GTO strategy
How do program your own solver? I searched a little bit and it seemed like a really hard challenge

and it has turn aggregate reports since 1 or 2 versions ago :)
@@bears-dont-cry-ds4zq is there option to script flops in GTO+?

Hi, is it possible to let gto+ choose the best sizings himself like ruse ? Thanks
@@smoothlie865No, you have to set up indivisual bet sizing for every street(donk, g100 SRP(wide range) scenario.
It was also strange not to mention simple postflop
Would be really cool to see a comparison for Desktop Preflop too (currently, Seemingly the strongest OpenSource solver)
Development suspended 😢
Excelent video, thank you! It would be great to see a similar comparation between trackers
Thank you! I've only used Pokertracker so far, so unfortunately not gonna be possible to make such video soon, if at all
My favourite example for using solvers without reflection is that as an UTG raiser, you should fold QQ 15% of the time against a single LJ raise.
I think folding JJ32 % of the time and TT 68% of the time to a single UT2 raise in the LJ is more extreme
THANKS for the content
Can u do “what is the best HM/PT/HandtoNote ecc?” also?
Thanks for the suggestion. It's rather unlikely though as I have only ever used Pokertracker so far. But who knows, maybe in the future :)
that matrix reference to show the comparison..."Chefs Kiss" Just really really great lol
Hey my dude, I think you made a bit of a mistake. GTO+ has turn and river reports now :)
Ah cool thanks, didn't catch that!
I think you should have mentioned that both GTO+ and Pio are only working on Windows.
Great vid. what do u think about GTOx?
Thanks! I haven't tried GTOx, so can't give an opinion, sorry
do you have any thoughts on poker scientist?
No sorry, haven't used it
Yo! Great vid, appreciated
But....someone else told you that your voice sounds like LlinusLove's voice? So who exactly is behind 2CC?
Yes, it is me, Linus! Well, I wish...
And no, I definitely haven't heard that 🤣

Solver plus
is holdem resource calculator not consider a solver? I know they now have post-flop in beta.
It is, just hadn't been using it before making this video. I have started using it a lot since then though, and like it a lot!
you can work with pio without internet, and it is gold

What do u think of RocketSolver?
Doesn't GTOWAI lose a lot of accuracy due to only solving 1 street at a time?
No
nutted video
You forget to include monker solver, who got the advantage to solve multiway.
GTO nerds always lose at real poker
Tell this to Linus or any other high-stakes player

sorry i realized you spoke on GTOW and not GTO in general
What a solver ... lol ... they got graphs and shit yeah Ace high.
