Look at you! Newborn and new bike, congratulations! I feel yah on the used quad situation. Unfortunately for us, the majority of our sport is in the past but thankfully we can count on Team Blue to hook us up with new quads still 😎(wallet permitting). My 2022 Raptor 700R brought me so much peace of mind buying it new. Enjoy! #savesportquads
I rode mine for the first time and that thing just didn't want to slide even on dirt then I got a hole in my tire went and got gbc tires and it was a hole new world that thing slides like crazy now something with the stock tires kept me from sliding
I just bought a new utility I'm battling cancer and I had to sell all my other ones because my wife was worried about me I had a banshee at 4:50 TRX a Bord our warrior and a blaster that I widened and put a 250 YZ engine in it she let me get a utility I bought a Kawasaki brute Force I'll be back on a sport quad within the year you wait and see I'll never get my banshee back though they're so ridiculous now and price
Thanks man your raptor was a huge inspiration to finally getting a brand new one. One of the nicest on RUclips 🤘 mine will come with time and more money 🤣🤣
Saw one on instagram brand new raptor 700r blue and I decided I needed it so I went and bought it the next day this happens 2 days ago, love the new toy and love the blue on it too 🔥
Lollol man you got me geeked up all over again and I brought the same one back in March! Lol I love it! This color is definitely the best out of all the choices being they didn't change from last year! I was waiting for that, but when I laid eyes on the blue, I was like that's the one! Lollol and man it rips even stock! I love it! I'd been saving up since I've been out of commission altogether for some years and paid it in full cuz I ain't want no payments! Enjoy!
@lifeatv yezzir they do! Lol and man let me officially say congratulations to you cuz I got so caught up in the moment I forgot to literally say it! Lol and the patience part, well, I really wasn't but I had to be cuz I had car payments that I finally paid off last October! I was burning to ride the whole time and just like you said I didn't want to buy anything used that way I know exactly what I got, so just as soon as I had close to enough I pulled the trigger! Lol again I'm happy for ya! 💯💪
@lifeatv Nice choice bro! & I actually also just bought a brand new "2024 Yamaha Raptor 700R SE", it's the carbon fiber & burnt orange colored version, & I bought mine closer to Duluth MN, but I was gonna go to the cities to get one but I saved a few hundred in gas alone by going there instead of the cities, but I was actually born in the cities, I guess I never realized that you also live in Minnesota, we should definitely go riding before it starts getting cold out! & I actually am also in the middle of breaking in my quad, I'm at around 6-7 hours so far, but since it already has multiple upgraded parts on the SE like the GYTR Suspension, GYTR front & rear grab bars, breaks, heel guards, & plenty of other stuff like the big bore kit. But for me to get the "BIG 3" I just need to get a new exhaust & new intake, cuz it already has the big bore kit, but out of curiosity is it better to break it in the= 10-20hours or so first before doing anything to it? Or would you put a brand new intake & exhaust on your brand new quad before its hit 10-20hours of break in, or would you break it in first before adding the exhaust & intake which is 1 of the top things what I'm mostly interested in knowing more about?? Any help would be greatly appreciated man!!! Beautiful quad man, that color really pops nicely especially in the sun! I didn't have that option because I was set on getting the"(700R SE)", not the"700R" or the "700", but I basically payed a few thousand dollars more just for having the Limited Edition Version, which i definitely see how stupid that choice can look into other peoples eyes, plus buying it brand new quad just 2-2.5 months ago, but I actually have a bunch of extra parts for this quad they put in boxes for me since the aftermarket parts were installed already, so they are just stock parts but they don't have any time on them at all, plus I just bought a new CKX ATLAS helmet, its the carbon fiber & carbon matrix version, & I was looking into neck braces but I never used them in the past, so I just had a couple questions that you guys might be able to help me out also? If you have a chance to talk for a couple minutes, & if you need any brand new parts straight from the dealership instead of buying one new, or used, this is brand new & i don't expect to put it in my quad, so just let me know & I'll send it to you or maybe if your close enough I could drop it off to you & bring my quad with & put a couple hours or so on both of our quads?! & I have plenty of family members in the cities which is were I was born, so it wouldn't cost much more than the gas needed for both a truck & the quad, & it would be awsome to meet you guys & maybe go riding! & you could try out my quad, & compare how much of a difference you might notice or not between both of our quads! & im not sure how big the difference could be between your 2024 "Yamaha Raptor 700", & my 2024 "Yamaha Raptor 700R SE", cuz both of ours are basically stock, besides the few differences between the "700",& the "700R SE" & so we could be one of the first to get it on video & figure it out just how big the difference might be!:) mine is a bit lighter, & has a few more ponies, & better suspension but that's the main differences from the stock base model, but I hope to hear from you & I just have a couple questions about breaking in a brand new bike like ours, & the other question about swapping out brand new stock parts on the quad for a much much nicer aftermarket exhaust & intake, but I don't know if it would be smarter to swap out those parts right away & then break in the quad with or without the new aftermarket intake & exhaust, I'm assuming it's either a horrible idea or a great idea lol, but I have no clue, anyway I hope to hear from you sorry for this crazy long message my phone has been acting weird lately so it basically repeats itself in the same text... Either way keep up the great work/ channel/ & awsome videos, I have watched most of them so far I just gotta finish watching the few I didn't get to see yet, but I'm really glad I found your channel again, after I got this new phone I had to re-download ALOT of stuff, but I subscribed to your channel a couple years ago I'm pretty sure, anyway cheers bro, I hope you are doing well & having fun on your new quad, mine is close to impossible to not pull the front wheels off the ground lol! & it has so much Torque & HP it is almost to much to be able to fully gun it on a road, in the sand or dirt it's not as sketchy, but on solid ground it just wants to stand right up barely touching the gas!!! Is yours also extremely snappy like that too??? I can push in the throttle just enough to hear it, & that's all it takes to stand it up straight on solid ground!!!:) lol but I need to widen the front A-Arms & extending the rear swing arm 6-8" inches or so, which I would be replacing the already new aftermarket GYTR A-ARMS & SWING ARM, WHICH SELLING THEM IS STILL BASICALLY BRAND NEW AFTERMARKET PARTS THAT ARE PRE-OWNED BUT ARE ONLY VERY VERY LIGHTLY USED WHICH LOOKING AT THE PARTS IF I JUST WIPED THEM OFF WITH A HAND TOWEL I COULD PROBABLY SELL THEM AS BRAND NEW IF I REALLY WANTED TO, BUT I WOULDN'T DO THAT TO SOMEONE UNLESS I HATED THAT PERSON 100% BUT TAKE CARE HOPE TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU, IM REALLY SORRY MY MESSAGES ARE SO DAMN LONG FOR WHATEVER REASON...
Sweet raptor!!! Also note on the parking brake. They work fantastic you just have to adjust them on the rear brake caliper. I always keep them working since it’s easier to transport them with a working parking brake. It’s safer on the transmission than leaving them in gear. Or out on the trail they can come in handy too. But that’s just my opinion 💩
@@lifeatv once you add hand guards you’ll need to have an adapter bracket as well. I always use PowerMadd for everything. They have an aluminum adapter for like $10 that angles the lever up so you can still use it and have hand guards fit properly
