MO is due criticism for a lot of shortcomings But the AA success this year and talent there along with the Many Palm Beach pitching prospects coming are under his watch too. Never been a big MO fan in the past either way. But you do need to be fair both ways to him. Big improvements need to be made. But there are some talented young players coming too.
I feel like the beginning of this was overly scathing on Mo a bit, Kareem. Like you said yourself, he’s done a lot of great things for this organization. Yes, he’s had blunders recently, but he’s directly to credit and thank for the fact that we had such a high standard in the first place. That doesn’t get talked about enough. I know about the parts of the organization that has decayed in recent years, I get it. But I still think Mo doesn’t get proper credit for spoiling us all in the first place
Did it fall apart or did they lose a lot of coaches over the last several years. These coaches were players. Yadi, Wainwright, Edmond, Holiday to name a few. Now they are gone and so are the "coaches".
Burleson isn’t a platoon player. He’s a Triple A batting champion. He can hit lefties. He’s out of shape. He faded badly because of his fitness. No one complained about his hitting versus lefties at the beginning of the season. You face lefties less than you do righties so if you go 0-18 your average seriously drops. Remember he wasn’t supposed to be a starter just a bench player before this season.
Complacency? Get a grip, they cut all those staffers during the pandemic. Now, MoWallet didn't invest in returning and improving but you guys have got to start facing reality.

I’m actually really excited to go with youth.

My biggest concern with the rebuild is DeWitt is going to get comfortable operating at a lower payroll.
.500, Without Gray, Nado, Goldy & Contreras? Come on guys
You’re right! Without them here, we could get better!

The arrogance of the front office is astonishing. I guess they don’t like money.
Mo staying will atleast take the blame for all the trades then Bloom so it is not another Boston
Look at Cincinnati. They went youth and still not making it.
Look at the Royals. They went youth and are making it.
Reds for the last few yrs. should have been good but whatever reason just never have, don't understand it myself.
