Homie:
What a beautiful rendition of Beethoven's 17th Sonata.
Quem sabe faz ao vivo, sem frescura 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Ułożył kulki, nie było dużo ale i tak szanuję
Ну нервы у тебя нерв
Homie touching the pcb and IC like esd isn't a thing, even with a grounding strap that's some next level confidence 😅
Are you marking the board to line it back up? It looks like I see some scratch marks at the corner
Hah, yea I did on this one but I don't usually recommend doing that. Its bet to use kapton tape.
@@ecurepair I’m still to novice to attempt a bga lol I should probably get some solder balls and try it on some scrap boards.
if its a small chip (like this one or maybe a little smaller) you can practice and get by with out the balls. just flux the hell out of it, tin the board, tin the chip and you will have like half balls on each part. Should look evenly applied. Then flux it again, place it down with the half balls on top each other (its more difficult but you can feel it if slips down usually) and it will solder fine with out bridging. You'll know its done when the chip starts wiggling along with the hot air. Then, if you want to see if you got it right, take it off again by lifting straight up without pushing it around or letting it slide any at all and you should see that the solder blobs are all still evenly sized. If it bridged then it would show or have abnormal sizes here and there.
Ribet tapi sempurna..😅
what was the initial problem? love your work.
some of the joints were cracked causing intermittent failures
Тоафареты: я что для вас, шутка?
Can someone tell me the name of the banger that is playing in the background?
Its 3rd movement of Beethoven's Sonata no. 17 aka 'The Tempest'
Where i can buy those solder balls?

What board is this.
This is the flash chip from a t14 Allison TCM.
is this reballing?
Yes, this is reballing
What are the small circles
solder balls
I see, are they placed on bottom of chip then the chip is flipped? If so, how do you make sure it’s centered on the board holes? Can you feel it?
No, you cant feel it at all. If doing by hand you have to mark it. Kapton tape is the best way to mark it. This is a smaller chip so not too hard to do it free hand like this and as long as your pretty close the solder will pull the chip into place. I have a special bga machine with camera alignment system for bigger stuff.
@@ecurepairvery cool thanks !
How i can contact with you
my website is the best bet

why dont you use solder stencil?
I do for most bigger stuff but this one is pretty small so never bothered to get a stencil for it.
You didnt take care not to scratch the mask around the pads on the PCB. So much scraped away.
That was a surface mark to re-align chip. When job was done and unit passed testing the entire area was covered in conformal coating.
