7:47 why did you remove the shield ? 🤔🤔
Thank you for watching the video!🤗
As for the MSI IO shield it wont fit in case's IO frame whatsoever😓causing the motherboard to skew away from the standoffs. The only solution was to remove it.😉
Thats crazy thought was Universal, i had the case once with Asus Mob never had a problem,, maybe a MSI thing?
Great Build BTW !@@MyPCJourney
Thanks!😊Glad you liked the build!
Update: Turns out removing the IO shield was unnecessary. I actually figured it out a while ago!😄The motherboard fits perfectly with this case, and I've reattached the shield. I also trimmed that part where I removed the shield from the video to prevent any confusion for others.
Your question got me thinking about what could have been wrong! Thanks😊
I mean. i'll take the pc.
🤔
why did he wipe of pre applied thermal paste?????
Wanted to get an even spread on the processor with his own thermal paste. Didn’t you see what he did immediately after wiping it off
Good question!🙂Wiping off the pre-applied thermal paste allows us to use a higher quality one, resulting in a better CPU cooling. Also, since new Intel CPUs are bigger now, it's better to apply the paste precisely for the best results.
It's all about maximizing performance!😉
ahhhhhh ok, thanks for helping me understand, this is a pc i want to build one day :)@@MyPCJourney
@@AOD_Dark Sure! happy to help☺and I hope you get to build your dream PC soon😉
The 13900k is definitely overkill for a 4070 by a lot unless you’re planning on upgrading gpu it is
That's the intent!but the upgrade won't be soon
bro wtf is that sound every time you cut the video
Thanks for your feedback! I apologize for the sound issue in the video, and I hope it didn't distract too much from the content. I’ll make sure to fix it in my future videos. Thanks for watching! 😊
isn't 1000W kinda overkill for 4070?
It might seem like overkill at first glance, but having a 1000W power supply provides headroom for future upgrades and ensures efficient power delivery even under heavy loads. Plus, it's always better to have more power than you need than to risk running into stability issues or needing to upgrade again soon. Additionally, power supplies often operate most efficiently when they're not running at full capacity, so having some extra wattage can actually help optimize performance and longevity.
Thanks for bringing up the concern though, it's always good to consider all aspects of a build!"😇
@@MyPCJourney also good to have reply like this to see reason for why u chose this. Im about to build new pc so for i7 14700k, 4080 Super I will go also for higher woltage 😅 prices are similar anyway. 👍 The only thing im not sure about what to choose is m9therboard for these 2 components. I really dunno anything about mb except ram speed support and amount of m2 slots 😅
@tomcek7159 Sounds like you're gearing up for an exciting build!😀Researching reviews and comparisons can help you find the perfect motherboard to complement your powerful components. Happy building!🪛
I can't afford a single ram stick. Don't do this to me 😭
I understand how frustrating this can be. Hang in there, and hopefully things will turn around for you soon!😉💰

13900к и 4070? максимально глупая связка, к этому процессору нужно ставить 4080/4090.
Thank you for your comment! I understand your opinion, but everyone chooses their own combination of components in accordance with their own needs and budget. In this case, the build with 13900K and 4070 GPU works perfectly for my tasks and preferences as I use this PC for work and light gaming sessions.
Who knows, I may upgrade my GPU one day!
benchmark😭
Sure thing! Benchmarks are on the way, stay tuned!😉
Bruh the cpu costs as much as the gpu wtf
I hear you! I went for the i9-13900K and 4070 for specific performance needs. It's all about finding the right match for what you're looking to achieve. 🖥💡
Thanks for tuning in. 👀🎥

Why is it so common to use a watercooled cpu?
I never had an issue of it getting overheated and i bet nobody that aircools does
most ppl are gaming and thats heavy on the GPU so why not rather watercool the gpu
why do companies not sell watercooling kits for GPUs
Huge marketing scam imo
all these ppl buying watercooling for cpus😂
