I’m a Knicks fan but when I was a young kid I loved the Magic because Shaq and Penny were my favorite players. They started my love affair with basketball. Congrats to the most dominant player in NBA history you deserve it!
I lived in Orlando during this time and it was so exciting. You could go down to the original O-Rena and pick up tickets in the upper bowl for 25 bucks. I saw Shaq play Hakeem, saw him score 53 on Minnesota, and so many more great moments. Every time he got the ball the crowd stood. He would just do something no one has seen before. Admittedly it broke my heart when he left for Los Angeles, but over time those wounds have healed. Congrats on a great milestone!

I remember playing NBA Live 94 and playing with the Magic. Penny, 3D, Nick Anderson, Horace Grant, and Shaq. I had Shaq and Penny's shoes. I even liked Kazaam. I don't care what anyone says, that movie was pretty good when i was a kid I got it on VHS. 😅 When you moved to LA, it felt weird to me. I still think if you would've stayed with the Magic, you guys would've won a lot of rings. People just don't know how good Penny and the other guys were. If Penny never got hurt, he would've been considered one of the greats. I'm glad they finally cemented your legacy in Orlando.
