Um pretty much everything you just said. Social media avoidance rabbit hole. Guilty. Task shifting bc I have soooo many ideas about blogs/vlogs/CEU workshops/Instagram posts/FB videos ---- CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT! I love creating it, but it gets in the way A LOT of the time. Need some right-sizing on my task list and...geez...this perfectionism thing is a bummer dude. The striving is soooo tiring. Thanks for the videos!!
Great points. Wish I had the money to be able to delegate, but it was helpful in reminding me to slow down and hold off on some of the other projects I had in my mind.
Thanks for tuning in, Ryan! Yes, in the beginning it's hard to conceptualize outsourcing and spending money on things, especially when we can *technically* do them ourselves. As your practice begins to grow, you can outsource things that maybe take up time but don't require you to do them. And yes -- slowing down is important to help you really refine what you need to be doing RIGHT NOW. The rest will come as you delegate.

This was all so true! I needed to hear that it's ok to let the perfectionism go. And I love the blooper you started the video with!
Ron Swanson! FTW!!!
Nice, L! Love the elbow pads and your badass self! :)
