This is so scary. I used to model and I know what this feels like. I had makeup artists and photographers tell me everything that was wrong with my face & let me tell you- it HURTS emotionally. Like I already wasn't super confident, but having people point out insecurities I didn't even KNOW I had was terrible. Like now every time she looks in the mirror she'll think about the things they said, trust me because that's what happened to me. I would never have someone do this because it's so bad for your mental health and creates a negative perspective of yourself. I hope and pray she doesn't feel the way I did after this!

Her face is just so pinched and tight. It could be her natural face, but I'm sure plastic surgeons would look at her and believe she's had work done. Who knows if she really has though, or if that's really her natural face (which would be a shock). No hate on Nikki btw, she's a great makeup artist, and definitely no hate on people who get plastic surgery.
Nikki has had at least her lips done, and she has been open about that, but i dont think she's acknowledged any other work that might have been done. Edit: In an interview, she said that she has gotten extensive work done on her face, including cheek fillers and botox, among other things.

Not surprising that a maxiofacial surgeon wants to do more in depth shaving and restructuring of the face. That would be the primary reason to go to him over some of the others. Just like any job they are more likely to see and recommend things related to their specialty

Surgeon 3 was the most professional. He described everything in a polite and respectable way. Surgeon 2 was too critical.
Josie Lee I know it's her job...I just said she was TOO critical and unprofessional in the way she described Kristen's flaws. For example, the way she said "now you actually have a jawline" like come on, that's unprofessional. However, Surgeon 3 described Kristen's chin and neck fat in a more professional and less judgemental way. That's all.

I'm a photo retoucher/editor by profession.. they could have followed the Dr's instructions without making it look like a 5 year old just cut and pasted all over the image
