They started it with involving him in accusations not even related to him and is now convicted of a charge far from those accusations which is gambling. The other charge I don't even know how he was deemed guilty of by association when no evidence supported it.
@@Lunavipatin yeah, media is the biggest culprit, he associated him with every possible crimes n potrayed him as the most evil person on earth.....while they actually had no basic evidences about that, only using him as scapegoat to boast the scandal, at the same he also being betrayed by his "friends".....but he still honest about the illegal gambling so i can accept that as an error from mere human....if u read one article from former korean judge, u'll understand how he was prosecuted even with not enough evidence, he said once a person being charged in court, he already being deem as guilty by the society that's why the percentage of them being released is very2 low.....prosecutors generally want to settle their job faster n easier...., no wonder court also throw them to the jail just like that
