@@StefanosBand It can be changed, you just need the right button for from the service remote to do it. I think its :adjust". I have it learned into one of my old universal remotes with learning capabilities.
I have the same problem! How you access the service menu? With service remote control?
With my Logitech Harmony 650 remote, it is on there, aswell as a couple of other buttons that access other service functions
