    HI
    04:26 It looks like 2024 version of C4D is missing those options. I have used the slide tool to offset the edge, but was wondering if there's another way/or of there are some hidden options in the symmetry object

    Hey Mert, thanks for the tutorial, really helpful. would u be able to use some sort of keyboard clicker viewer overlay on the videos so that we can see what buttons you're pressing when you use shortcuts? i found that these were really useful for following along with some Photoshop tutorials cuz it made things a lot quicker and easier

    • @polygonpen
      @polygonpen  2 года назад +1

      Thank you, I used to have a keyboard overlay on the tutorials but it started to block some important parts of the C4D interface than I stopped using it, let me see what can I do in the next tutorials, thanks for the feedback!

      @@polygonpen maybe in the space between the renderview buttons and the Viewport Solo Automatic button while in the Model Layout? because there's no buttons or info to cover there 🤷🏻‍♂️

    4:15 - 4:35 i can't seem to recreate an inset wich works like this with the new(er) symmetry generator from C4D 2024.4.0
    It always inset on the individual faces. Regardless wich setting i use in the generator. Could someone get it to work?

    Great tutorial. Just wanted to mention your volume is very low. I have system volume and max and youtube player volume on max and yet I have a hard time hearing you sometimes. Maybe get a different/better mic system?

    • @polygonpen

      Yeah, somebody also said that as well, I will try to fix it, thanks for the feedback!

    Can't figure out how the first boole (screen) creates a hole and the second one (buttons) a "volume subtraction" without letting you see inside like in the first interaction. Anyway, I really really appreciate your tuts!! tnx

    • @polygonpen
      @polygonpen  2 года назад +1

      Thanks, that's because of the symmetry, the screen part, for example, cubes are merged right in the center because of the symmetry so boolean creates a hole/empty space, for the buttons, cubes don't merges or connect at the center, that's whay the boolean gave closed caps.
