Thanks for this great design. Our family enjoys playing “NO MERCY UNO” which can easily result in holding 25 or more cards. These holders solved the problem for my 74 year old hands.

Nice, only thing I'd do differently is I'd carry out the rip on a longer length and then cut the card holders down to size on the chopsaw or with a cross cut sled at the end as it means you can make a batch with far less cuts

Great design! Do you have any advice on how to do it when only a track saw is available?
Not sure how you would do it with a track saw with the different angles, fence settings and depths. That might be a tough go.
