The taste thing she mentioned is so so true. My taste buds have changed considerable and I noticed the change around 1.5 weeks into veganism. I won’t ever go back. This diet/lifestyle (although it can still be improved a lot) is the best thing ever. It has changed me. I have so much more energy even with less sleep. It’s so powerful

Junk food isnt nearly good as local fruits and veggies you get at the farmers market. Deficiency in zinc can impair your sense of taste. Although mostly junkfood impairs your sense of taste. A few weeks completely off of junk food can reset things nicely.

My relatives said the same thing....."I could be hit by a truck tomorrow"....was another one of their sayings.....they are all gone.....my father died at age 59 from lung cancer....he smoked from 10 years of age; my older brother spent many years inactive (wheelchair bound)….in depression ….due to past bad diet....inactivity (diabetes), etc. My other brother (we were only 13 months apart) died from lung cancer just like my father. Even though he saw my father's death.. and how bad it was …..(you can't breathe)….the heart gives out from struggling to breathe....HE STILL SMOKED!! Why?

Do research also on essential cell salts ....there are 12 our body needs. (Santos Bonacci explains it well) It is the baseline of all nutrition then micro and macro nutrients.
I hope you feel better💜 Also think about the years of practice we had of eating animals and their products and the damage it has done. Sometimes it can take patience to let the body do what it needs to for healing. One way to speed this up though, is fasting or Intermittent fasting. Giving the body a rest from solid food for a couple days can really do wonders. I found this video amazing on the subject ruclips.net/video/6IrmCo1o93E/видео.html

Whole foods do have more than one ingredient, it is pesticides! "Organic" or not doesn't matter. Everything is sprayed directly and indirectly. There are a few exceptions like your garden, small farmers.
There are many hidden things not on the label.
