The backpack is perfect for the so-called digital nomad. Someone travelling frequently, but mostly quite comfortably and with an emphasis on the ability to hold anything tech related you might want to carry with you in addition to clothing and other necessities.

Great review! I got mine as a bday present from my brother and I’ve used my LTT bag too for both travel, work and gym bag. Using the lower loops on its sides, I attached carabiners on each side and hip straps that I found on Amazon. I used straps around the top loops as external carry straps hold a pair of boots with each boot on each side or yoga mat. It’s great for carrying tech and big enough to hold a large Wacom intuos pen tablet really well.
I ended up purchasing this backpack for college coming up in two weeks, sure it may not be the nicest looking bag because of its size but I know damn sure I will be able to carry all of my textbooks and devices with ease while some other people will be struggling. When looking at some of the other higher quality brands you had mentioned in this review I didn’t see a point in compromising storage space and comfort for something like a messenger bag albeit more on the style side of things, the price difference was negligible in the long run after taxes and shipping and I know I will be happy spending my days at college with this backpack to support me, thank you for this in depth review!
As much as I think this bag looks great, has insane amounts of storage and would be a brilliant buy, I can't justify the price to get it to the UK. Currently rocking the SpaceX backpack and it's great. Ample storage, comfy, hidden compartments, light. Its a hard sell the LTT bag purely due to the price
Your point on price is solid. I was surprised when so many people complained about the price. I'm an IT technician and $250 for a solid tool/laptop backpack is quite common. I've seen some quite a bit more expensive. While I haven't bought the LTT one, as I need a backpack that can carry an assortment of screw drivers and other hand tools, I didn't understand the backlash.
I got got the back pack. The way it feels and the massive size makes it feel like a 120 year old mahogany dresser in a world where everything else you ever touched is a cheap plastic dollar store garment bag. There is no way this bag will ever fit in my locker but for the few flights a year it will do wonders. 2 or 3 night stays- easy.
Totally enjoyed the review. I use the LTT for travel. It's big enough to carry everything in one bag. It replaces the need for a backpack and small clothes carry-on. And it will fit under a plane seat. This review went way beyond what I think most people will use it for.
Oh for sure, I went overboard. I wish I’d mentioned in the review that the bag looks new still despite this. I cut footage where I climbed a rock, not gracefully and ended up toss the bag down 7 feet so I could retrieve it later as the rock was 20 feet.
I picked up a Dekine bag for almost 1/3 the cost of LTT which I'm happy with so far. It has most of those amenities. I carry a 16" laptop, 13" travel monitor in the back pocket, while I have a 14" in the main pocket of that particular bag. I feel I'm not the intended buyer for the LTT bag, but I'm a huge fan of the channel.
Yeah, you can a lot more bang for your buck in a brand like DaKine. The LTT bag is higher quality, materially wise, it's double lined and reinforced more than my DaKine was, uses nicer zippers and such but it really comes at a cost premium as it's gunning price wise for a luxury tech bag. I debated buying it for some time, and do not have any buyer's remorse but also I'd had very specific wants out of the a new backpack and the LTT bag checked those. I can't say it's 3x as good as DaKine you'd pick up from Sierra Trading post for like $70 but it is better.
I picked one up in hopes that it just lasts. I typically go through a backpack every 2-3 years. Tried all sorts of the brands mentioned. Only been a handful of months and it's holding up good so far. I like that it's square, plain and the branding is easy to remove.
What the hell do you do to your backpacks?! I've been using the same old crummy second hand backpack since starting high school 10 years ago and it's still holding up. It looks awful, it's got stains that won't come out, the fabric is visbily worn, the zips have been broken & repaired several times over, it's got a couple of tiny tears, but it still works same as new. The only reason I'm replacing it is because this video reminded me I need to buy a bigger one. Take care of your ltt bag aha
I’ve been using an Osprey Daylite for 7 years with no issues, for school and camping and travel and everything else. Certainly feature-poor compared to the LTT bag, but similarly indestructible, plus Osprey will fix it for me forever. I can’t imagine what you’re doing with your bags, nor that whatever killed those other bags won’t kill your new one
I'm using mine as a mix between travel tech bag and photography bag. I'm using the water bottle space to fit in a Ulanzi Tripod, and I have a small camera bag with 3 lenses, as well as my DJI Mini 3 Pro bag. I also carry 2 massive 26800mAh power banks, a Razer Blade 15, a mouse, a buuuunch of cables, 2 USB Wall chargers with 6 ports each, 2 earbuds, and some other random stuff like fiber cloths, travel-time meds, face masks, etc. When I take out most of the traveling overhead and use it just as a photography bag, it's amazing. I've actually used it for a day-long mountain trail, and it did its job perfectly. When I use it fully packed for traveling, it's incredible that it can do its job so well but I'm fairly certain I'm pushing it beyond its size limits and it would not fit under an airplane seat. It gets HEAVY. All in all, I love the backpack, and only wish it would have some sort of external water bottle compartment, mostly since I'm using mine for a tripod. Currently my best bet is clipping the bottle outside, but it dangles and becomes tedious due to the balance waving around. I get that Linus doesn't love external holders, but giving consumers the option is always a plus.
That was a great review. This is my endgame backpack but the shipping fee and high price makes it a purchase thaat will be made in a different life chapter. Now, I am confident that it will be on the market and worth it even in 10 years.
Yeah I feel bad for anyone not living in North America. I’m not the target audience for most LTT merch, I have the desk pad because I needed one and it came in a size I liked and bought cable ties since I had to pay shipping. Neither of these things are special. The backpack is different. It’s really damn impressive, as it feels like a high end piece of luggage. I assume the same can be said about the screwdriver. If this is the quality of the products LTT makes moving forward, I imagine I’ll end up with more ltt merch even though I’m not a super fan.
You missed the free shipping during the WAN SHOW 3 weeks ago. I'm in Australia and used it as an opportunity to buy the bag and screwdriver and hoodie.
@@voltare2amstereo Nice, that was pretty nuts to see how much people were ordering. I assume you have your bag by now? I probably will buy the LTT screw driver for my brother for Xmas, but I don't think I'll get one for myself as I just don't have enough stuff to use it daily on.
I’ve lived with this backpack since June and it’s gone with me across my college campus, across the state, across the country, and soon, across the world. It is almost in perfect condition and holds everything I need for three days of travel easily, and I plan to use it way more as I travel the country and study abroad in Europe.
Great review! I agree with you on the glasses pocket. I use it quite a bit, but I buy very cheap glasses, I wouldn't put anything expensive in there haha
Thank you very much for this long term review! I'm glad to see an independent long term review of this backpack after only stumbling upon first-time reviews
I like that it fits my tech gear, my rain gear and my lunch for taking the bike to work when I'm not certain what the weather is going to be like on the drive home.
WENGER Ibex 17 inch Laptop Backpack from Swiss Gear, this held up 10+ years, only the top top zipper started to fail. Its not really padded between sections but it it'll hold a ton of stuff.
There's so many times I think the internet was a mistake. Writing a 1:30 am pinned comment to get ahead of potential drama after getting several unhinged and angry comments directed at me for something I had no part in was truly wild. Fortunately, the majority of people have been self-actualized humans capable of realizing random hobbyist creators like myself aren't endorsing any of the actions of LTT. That's been the silver lining is seeing people still engaging with the video with maturity.
If indeed LTT will be making (and IIRC they will be) a smaller backpack, for sure that will sell a LOT more especially if at a price points that college students can afford.
The orange is perfect for low-viz situations though. My Everki Titan (which Linus obviously took inspiration from) is the exact same way. All black exterior, all orange interior with microfiber sleeves and stupid amounts of organization and space.
@@ZagatoZee yeah, so was my Dakine, more of the optic yellow - green. The LTT bag looks nice with the orange, but it is the Oregon State colors and not University of Oregon ;)
the Dakine bag is like the Toyota of backpacks I have one as well I use it to carry a tripod and my Sigma 150-600mm, and a few other hiking and wildlife photography gear, I am just waiting a while for LTT to make sure all possible issues are resolved I like a well-ironed machine over the bleeding edge.
This is a great analogy for Dakine, at some point I need to find an ideal hiking photographer bag as for years I’ve just tossed my Olympus OM-D Em5 (first mk1 and now mk3) into a bag and called it a day but that was before RUclips.
@@dmug your Dakine bag is even in better condition then my bag so it shows how well built they are that my bag can still hold heavy items, if you find the right photographer bag that isn't crazy money please do share.
The backpack is perfect for an IT worker I need to laptop when working at a school since teachers and staff have their preferences I need to be able to create scripts and download certain files quickly and having a windows and a mac book helps so I need to get this. Plus my tools for laptop fixes and hardware repair
I'm seriously considering getting this backback. Mainly for travelling, but it might also replace my work bag and laptop bag. The thing holding me back right now is the high shipping costs to Europe. It'll add another $ 50, making it a total of $ 300. It's quite a bit of money for a bag, but I'm still very tempted, since it will likely last a long time.
LTT not long ago had that crazy lime day sale where Europeans got free shipping. Too bad you missed it :/ they may do it again. It sucks for you guys because that really makes it a tougher buy.
Half way through the video when you talked about the fire making me realize you live in the same region as I do haha. Now I have to find all those places you visited because they were gorgeous outdoor views.
The snow sequences were Mirror Lake and Trillium lake, the mountain was Hood above timberline lodge, the waterfall was Dry Creek Falls for the ltt bay, the old backpack was Mt Hamilton, the desert-y area is the Deschutes River where it dumps into the Columbia river, the ocean shot was Bandon, there’s a two brief shots of Arcata, California, the cliff face while walking from far off is Coyote Wall, there’s more but those are the main areas.
@@dmug you’ve just gave me plenty of new destinations thank you haha. I’ve been to trillium and Hamilton. Haven’t gone much farther than the gorge mountains yet though.
@@Gamemstr1234 if you have a car or access to one, there’s some great stuff like Parkdale, if you like beer and bbq there’s a fantastic brewery called solera that has the best back porch in Oregon. Thanks for spending a bit on the Oregon/Washington fires. It gets glossed over on the national media, but it’s a big deal for all of us here. as a side note, and an OSU student currently, I love the orange and black look. Respectfully, “go Beavs!”😂

Still going strong, my backpack has been international. Only issue is the zipper clip fell off on one of my zippers. Still in the DaKine tribe, my luggage is DaKine
350 euros for this? Only if you can go out and buy yourself 150 euro dinner and not blink once when bill comes. I once bought 150 euro backpack and I will tell you this, altho nicer and with more holes to put stuff in- it is not 120 euros better then my current 30 euro one.
While officially they haven't announced it and therefore it may never go to market, I'm sure a while back on WAN Linus said that yvonne was trialling a smaller prototype. So it's clearly and idea they were aware of, like the lux(e) and messenger versions also hinted at
i put my glasses in their case in that pocket. i also don't like the orange but, Linus did point out the contrast helps to see things. though at times i find my self digging since i pack for daily carry and over night stay together as well as extras. though after it started falling over, i found that stuffing in some clothes makes it stand up but, the bottom of that compartment is hell to find anything now. but, i am decked out for an unplanned overnight stay if needed.
One of the best backpacks I have ever owned is from Osprey, the Atmos AG 65. LTT isn't even on my list of backpacks. As I also own a pair of Arkel Dolphins and pair of Ortlieb. Is the LTT backpack on the same level of craftsmanship as those bags, no it's not. The thing with Arkel and Osprey is the lifetime replacement warranty. Their almighty guaranty as they call it. The LTT backpack is near the same price as my Atmos. Should you buy it, with better options that are better supported, no. Buy it if you want to support your favorite creator. Simply put they want to put themselves in the same playing field as established companies like Osprey, Arkel, and Ortlieb.
Thanks for sharing! I've been a bike commuter as well, and i view backpack waterproof shells more positively than you. I found that in NL weather, you have to get the ortlieb style or eventually ALL weatherproof backpacks will lose to the rain. Shells fix that problem, and if they ever leak you can replace the shell only, so you don't have to replace your whole bag if it leaked. Plus you can have normal backpacks with them and are not locked in to just one design if you have to have 100% waterproofness. +1 for separate backpack-shells is what i'm sayin' !
Good to know. I have only experience with my Ortlieb panniers which I used for 3 years until Covid killed my office and we went pure remote. They were absurdly good in terrible weather and I had a few miserable commutes where a bridge was lifted or train tracks were blocked and I had to reroute in a rain storm. I’d be soaked and cold but my laptop was fine. Perhaps they’d of eventually leaked but I imagine they’re heavier duty.
I've thrown an old pair of metal sunglasses in the sunglasses slot and so far after using it for 2-3 months they've held up quite well even when I've had to brake hard sending my bag into the dash sunglasses pocket first
Great video! I use this backpack as a bicycle commuter and I love it, so I was surprised to hear you say you don't recommend it for bicycle commuting. Why would you recommend something else for bike commuting? What specific advantages would more purpose-built bicycle backpacks have?
Generally speaking bike packs are sleaker, feature better venting so you don’t get as sweaty on the back or straps and often feature some level of water proofing. As a general rule when bike commuting you carry only as much as you need and the LTT pack is more “carry all the things” hence it’s heft. Some backpacks also can snap into luggage carriers and panniers and often have straps on the external frame so they can be sized down. If you like your pack for commuting and see no problems then by all means use it but there are advantages to an activity built pack.
IMO its not that clever to put carabiners on zipper things. That should be one of the places were you don't want extra load because if its something that breaks over time its either zippers or glue/coating
I could use something like this for traveling with my family. A typical load might be 2 Nintendo switches, 3 smartphones, an iPad or MacBook, large usb charger, power bank, AirPods, Sony A7iii and lens (although definitely bringing this out less often), several light jackets/spare clothes, a towel, wallet, car keys, and a bottled drink or two… my shoulders are sore just thinking about it. Does it stand up on its own pretty well? I have a North Face backpack that can’t stand on its own and it’s so annoying when I need to put it down.
Thanks, yeah, I'm lucky to live where I do. All the footage was shot within an hour-ish drive from my house. I've wanted to have more videos where I mix hobbies (hiking and tech) when it makes sense. My MacBook 12 inch vid I was able to do that.
As a year round cyclist biking around 50km per day on weekdays, I'm considering buying this backpack as I want to carry tools and spare tubes, chainbreakers/chainclamps etc, as well as my PC, powerbrick and everything that goes with it.. The only thing I'm probably lacking is a couple of MOLLE loops to put my firstaidkit, but I guess that one can mostly stay on the MTB/trekking-backpack
When I was biking to work, I ended up going pannier as I didn’t like getting a sweaty back but backpacks are massively more convenient. If it isn’t super rainy where you live it’ll do you well. Even in moderate rain it’ll hold up.
@@dmug I've got a pretty sweat inducing backpack today, so it wont be that much of a difference :D being in Stockholm, it's fairly rainy but it's mostly a constant drizzle instead of deluges
OMG another person with that exact same 15 year old Dakine. Honestly such an amazing backpack, was super cheap, is super durable and holds a shiiiitton of stuff. I still love it and use mine.
Ha yeah, I got a lot of mileage out of it. I bought when I worked at the UO bookstore after I graduated college. I’d skateboard to work wearing it, then became my default travel bag and work bag.
@@dmug I started with it as a bag for school, then just as only bag whenever I need one, only travel bag and much more. Still no sign of dying. It's insane how well it's made. Many times I've loaded it up to the max where it's almost bursting open with so much weight as well, but it's just shrugging and asking for the next challenge
7:42 "While I travel a fair amount, I don't have a jet setting lifestyle, *but it did fit under my seat the 3 times it's been on an airplane* ..." OK. 👍
Flying twice a year is rookie numbers. I have friends who fly several times a year for just pleasure, the one friend who flies for business is about once a month plus he vacations. I only fly a round trip and a one way…
Dude there have been a year I've been on an air plane 4 times (connections) and then there are years that I didn't fly at all (5 years in a row). So his 3 flights could've easily been the exception to his way of life.
I wish I could have this but they don't sell it in Brazil and the cost to buy from the US and deliver it here is absurd. We don't have good backpack brands here :(
Yep, it’s not really a “daily driver”. I’ve taken it on several trips since this review, to Europe, Arizona, short over night trips to Seattle, or the Oregon coast. Amazing travel bag, but now that I have a job that I go into an office now and again, it’s a bit excessive just to carry my horrible work assigned pc and my MacBook Pro (the computer I actually use)
OMG, I have the same Dakine backpack, only with slightly different color (with orange accents instead of green). It's 13 years old as well. In 2018 I've tried to replace it for an expensive Targus Mobile Vip backpack driven by the hype of being the CES winner backpack in 2017 and oh boy, what a disappointment. I still have both but I whish I could find a backpack I like so much as the Dakine one. Unfortunately I can't buy Dakine backpacks in my country at a reasonable price these days.

Or maybe try running a company of 100 employees before you make fun of a company with 100 employees that made several mistakes. Also what happened to your not commenting on the issues surrounding lmg? It is insanely disrespectful and quite disgusting When people look at a situation and then take a side without looking into the details, If billet labs was particularly bothered by that situation they had several legal options available to them which they did not bother with because they were happy with the resolution
@@the_undeadmy man, it was a joke. LTT survived, GamersNexus videos are still boring, it’s all past-tensed. Speaking of being paid off: I’ll be reviewing their cable organizers. Should be good times, especially if LMG accidentally manages to sell off more prototypes by other manufacturers. It’s been awhile since I got dragged into RUclips drama by merely being a bystander.
I just got myself a new backpack as well after my Nike was with me for at least 17 years now. It got a few "bruses", but I still don't just want to throw it away...
I understand its a feature but not a fan of its squared stocky shape. I actually like the shape and color of your old bag. But yeah, great review. Thanks!
How's the strap location? Especially the fact they are coming together at the top? I always found that quite uncomfortable, unless backpack sits quite low on my back?
It can function as a photography bag but not really a photography bag in itself, as it doesn’t have the lens organization that I’d associate with a Lowepro or Manafrotto backpack. I only carry two micro four thirds lens for a Olympus OM-D EM5 MKIII and on rare occasion, my manafrotto tripod. The hardcore photographers I know use bags better designed to carry several lens as they are shooting full frame cameras. I think it boils down to if you want a travel bag that’s laptop centric that’s big enough to carry a tripod and lenses or one specifically designed around photography.
Great review. You gave me a lot of information on the bag that i was looking for. Unfortunately, to your point about the bag being a bit big and bulky, i am going to have to pass. If the bag was about 20% Smaller, i would buy it instantly.
I feel so bad spending this much on a backpack. I probably would have survived with something so much cheaper, but got it anyways. I can't imagine a better designed backpack for my needs.
It's a splurg, that is for sure. My personal thoughts are you can get probably 95% of it's features for half the price at fairly good build quality. I still like my backpack but it's something I can't say is a "must buy" as there's so many backpacks that might suit someone else's wants/needs better, often for less money.
the LTT bag is strong in many areas and weak in few. Its definitely not the best hiking backpack but if you want to lug your electronics out into the wilderness (camera, tripod, etc) its probably a top pick. And reall thats its weak point. Its made for bringing to work / school and travel and I say itss really strong as a work backpack that can easily suceed in all roles.
Nice review! I didn't know much about backpacks when I bought my LTT bag, and I was interested to find that my usual use case for the bag - commuting to/from school and work - is one that you wouldn't recommend. But I'm really the type who prefers to have only one of all my utilities - one pair of shoes, one backpack, one pair of glasses, etc. - so it's nice that the LTT bag is able to handle longer trips carrying more stuff when necessary. I just wish it had chest straps.
I really hope LTT Makes a messenger or duffle variant, because I love my LTT Backpack. I have retired my previous travel bags and the only issue I have with it is its maybe a little too big for every scenario. Perhaps if there there was a future update with a folio expanding options to compress it down for reduced lighter travel I would then describe it as perfect. Also I am worried, that its so non descript and popular amongst my demographic that I may mixup my bag with someone elses. So I hope future variant colors or accessories will become available. All my gripes however are so first world problem, on an already amazing bag. Good Job @LinusTechTips

Funny, my parents got me it as a bday present, granted they asked me what I wanted. I usually say a smaller ticket item.
Same here! Would love some LTT stuff but it's WAY too expensive to get in the UK
thats why I got it when they did the free shipping haha, felt like its a backpack i can use for all sorts and can keep for years
I couldn’t imagine refusing to buy the LTT store backpack because of its price, but being fine with buying something that was rebranded by SpaceX.
@@Ozzymandius1 3x cheaper and very high quality and definitely not rebranded
I wonder why i'm getting this video recommended now.

I plan to get one once they start shipping with the new zippers.
Great review! Certainly sheds more light on it than just knowing about the features.
Thanks for your review! Been considering this backpack for a while now and you may have tipped me into it 👍
Yeah, at the price point it’s a luxury travel bag but it feels the part.
0:21 Correction: It's Canadistan.
Ah damn you’re right but I’ve also heard the locals say Canuckistan. Further investigation is required.
I’ve lived with this backpack since June and it’s gone with me across my college campus, across the state, across the country, and soon, across the world. It is almost in perfect condition and holds everything I need for three days of travel easily, and I plan to use it way more as I travel the country and study abroad in Europe.
Nice, I took mine to Germany/Austria/Switzerland/Italy, still holding strong and looks new.
Great review! I agree with you on the glasses pocket. I use it quite a bit, but I buy very cheap glasses, I wouldn't put anything expensive in there haha
I've found the pocket great for all my usb dingles and drives because I don't wear glasses. They're always easy to get to when I need them
Here from the WAN show, can't wait to watch the review
Can confirm the filled backpack fits under airplane seats.
nice review. I’m actually considering upgrading my backpack
Thank you very much for this long term review!
I'm glad to see an independent long term review of this backpack after only stumbling upon first-time reviews
I like that it fits my tech gear, my rain gear and my lunch for taking the bike to work when I'm not certain what the weather is going to be like on the drive home.

Yeah, Jeff's first RUclips appearance! I've only had him a few few months, or rather he decided I was his owner.
WENGER Ibex 17 inch Laptop Backpack from Swiss Gear, this held up 10+ years, only the top top zipper started to fail. Its not really padded between sections but it it'll hold a ton of stuff.
I like how comments are attacking the reviewers of LTT products now. How does that make them any different from Linus fanboys who attacked Mindchop?
I’ll be curious what a smaller backpack would cost. I have a feeling it won’t be a lot cheaper.
The orange is perfect for low-viz situations though. My Everki Titan (which Linus obviously took inspiration from) is the exact same way. All black exterior, all orange interior with microfiber sleeves and stupid amounts of organization and space.
I’d of preferred yellow is all ;)
@@dmug my daily is a Kata 3 in 1- 33 that is about 12 years old. Black outside, yellow inside.

Plus my tools for laptop fixes and hardware repair
Its a great backpack. I use mine all the time , often for traveling .
@dmug Yeah, it was during WAN, but I never catch it live, because it's during the night here.
And yeah, the shipping is quite painful.
I fly all over the world and this bag has been amazing. So many people ask me about it.

Basically instant 👍🏼 at abt 4:24 (Go Oregon), but I genuinely appreciate long term reviews, and especially as a fellow dakine bag lover, it was nice to see and hear the thoughtful comparisons…and also to see some nice b-roll of home.
So it's clearly and idea they were aware of, like the lux(e) and messenger versions also hinted at
My Dakine is about as old... And I'm thinking one the LTT...
i put my glasses in their case in that pocket. i also don't like the orange but, Linus did point out the contrast helps to see things. though at times i find my self digging since i pack for daily carry and over night stay together as well as extras. though after it started falling over, i found that stuffing in some clothes makes it stand up but, the bottom of that compartment is hell to find anything now. but, i am decked out for an unplanned overnight stay if needed.
I love some clips for hanging on bike rack, and external bottle holders, but that’s probably even more niche.
The only thing you forgot was the passport pocket
I'd love a smaller version of this bag
You live in a beautiful part of the world, I’d like to visit the US at some point.
Thanks, yeah, I'm lucky to live where I do. All the footage was shot within an hour-ish drive from my house. I've wanted to have more videos where I mix hobbies (hiking and tech) when it makes sense. My MacBook 12 inch vid I was able to do that.
Loved the video! Great stuff!
Dude there have been a year I've been on an air plane 4 times (connections) and then there are years that I didn't fly at all (5 years in a row). So his 3 flights could've easily been the exception to his way of life.
still rocking a 100€ Lowepro backpack since about 8 years.. 250 is too much for me
Yeah, it’s very much a luxury item, even though I could easily afford it i hesitated.
While I do not think people will use this backpack like this I think this extreme scenario is still good to hear to understand its durability
Yep, now I have a job where i have to be in the office twice a week and it carts two laptops and any work stuff rather nicely.
The missing chest strap is a sign of a backpack well loved (and why does one always survive?)
Lovely shots! :)
Thanks, I enjoyed being able to make content that mixed hobbies.
I wish I could have this but they don't sell it in Brazil and the cost to buy from the US and deliver it here is absurd.
We don't have good backpack brands here :(
As an osu grad this is perfection.
as someone who owns this backpack... my biggest problem with the backpack is its size and shape. It looks MASSIVE on my back even when its empty.

But even when you wrote this comment that issue you are commenting on had already been resolved and both parties were reasonably happy about the outcome, maybe try actually looking into things before you make comments like this one about it. I’d probably forget had I not been briefly caught in the crosshairs of a few people suggesting I delete my video or that I was secretly getting paid by LTT because this video popped up in the wan show and another video of mine landed in an LTT vid.
Yeah, I think average backpack today lasts a long time even if abused.
I understand its a feature but not a fan of its squared stocky shape. I actually like the shape and color of your old bag. But yeah, great review. Thanks!
Yeah, I prefer the leaner style of my old campus style backpack (and colors) but now that I'm a remote worker, the LTT bag is more useful.
How's the strap location? Especially the fact they are coming together at the top? I always found that quite uncomfortable, unless backpack sits quite low on my back?
Great video! Do you think it might be a good idea for someone who is both tech savvy and a photographer?
It can function as a photography bag but not really a photography bag in itself, as it doesn’t have the lens organization that I’d associate with a Lowepro or Manafrotto backpack. I only carry two micro four thirds lens for a Olympus OM-D EM5 MKIII and on rare occasion, my manafrotto tripod. The hardcore photographers I know use bags better designed to carry several lens as they are shooting full frame cameras. I think it boils down to if you want a travel bag that’s laptop centric that’s big enough to carry a tripod and lenses or one specifically designed around photography.
Did you mention the passport pocket? I may have just zoned out but can't recall.
Nah, other people mentioned i missed it.
This will be my next backpack

the LTT bag is strong in many areas and weak in few.

I will take any time my Pacsafe Vibe 25L against the LTT backpack…, not mentioning that it cost way less
Fair enough, they're different bags for different use cases. If you like your backpack and this review reinforced that, then that's good.
