Another great video Joe! At RunningOnJuice 3 of us lost a combined 330 pounds whilst juicing and running. To date I have not had any protein related issues and I am in training for my fourth half marathon. Of course we need to listen to our bodies and I feel that eating a rainbow colour of veggies as well as non dairy based protein powder has given me the strength to run 25-30 miles week. Juice on!

I don't get juicing as it seems to me. all you can do with a juicer is juice.With a blender you can do so much more, also frozen fruit/veg in a smoothie is sooo yummy.With juicing you cannot freeze your produce, with blending you can. I also fon't throwing the fibre away, which is the vitamins enzymes etc that we need .
By juicing, You can consume far more nutrients than by having smoothies made in a blender. Most of us use the pulp (fiber) for topping our salads and to put in soups so no worries about fiber. There are also recipes online for using the fiber. Many of us also consume smoothies. However, if fiber is what you are after than eat the whole food (apple instead of apple sauce). food and not pulverize it in a blender. The whole food (eating an apple as opposed to blending it) has the most fiber. Isn't great that we can do all three - eating WF, smoothies, juicing according to what your body needs? You seem to be more interested in fiber than in nutrients and that is fine if that is what you are lacking. Most of us get plenty of fiber by using the pulp and eating whole foods. Not sure why you ever consider throwing the valuable fiber away, but to each their own. Good luck to you and I am so glad we each get to make our own choices. It is wonderful, isn't it?
