Can someone help me I’ve been trying to get sleep for 4 hours it’s been happening recently this video kinda helped was a good one though but when I go to try get sleep I get a weird feeling in my head like travels up my body I’m not asleep btw I’m awake and then I just open my eyes straight away and can’t get sleep can anyone explain
