I have not played with either of those strings yet. I have however strung Gosen Sidewinder and from the feel and stretch on the machine it's likely Gosen is a bit softer, but that's only an assumption.
It's never one bite or one rally ;-). It would become clear if you watch One-Bite Pizza reviews. With that said, sometimes I need to splice a few rallies to get the all commentary into one edit and to ensure the video remains brief.

Is it softer than gosen sidewinder or tourna big hitter black 7?
