Very true. I have a silver 3191 and these instructions worked for it too. The buttons are opposite of his, but since the video was so short; I watched it anyway. Took longer to type this….

Between a comment on another video and this video my watch which was stuck on military time is now back to the normal 12 hour time this video was very helpful. I always have a hard time setting my watches and usually get someone else to do it.
