I enjoyed the challenging workout, but I would say I was thrown off by the names of moves and also by the footwork with lifted heel when your heels were not lifted. Not sure which it was meant to be. But overall, a great challenging workout. Really liked the mix. Thank you
Great workout but you should work more shoulder stabilizers before coming into a side plank and focus more on form than speed. This flow was not easy to follow with breath and the names of the exercises were a bit off so hard to follow.

lots of mistakes,
on small box one leg strap back is arching no breathing no other leg knee line and lot more
,
