How about a rebuild of Lillestrøm SK in Norway? Once they were one of the giants of Norwegian football, but haven't won the top division since 1989. They were for a long time the club who had been at the highest level for over 40 years, but a couple of years ago they went down after a really dramatic playoff against Start. However, they bounced straight back up again. With all the great talents coming through from Norway in recent years like Haaland, Ødegaard, Nusa and more it could be very interesting!
I actually saw Haaland playing for Molde against Lillestrøm when he was just 16 years old. He didn't score in that game, but already then you could see he was an incredible talent.

Only mistake that you did in your career was to rely on Gnonto for your fwd position. Despite his qualifications he never gets better and score more than 15. Even Dolberg might have been more useful.
And sell Freddie Potts. Despite him not being the best, you need to keep him. He’s a Hammer through and Through and that would absolutely wreck him if he leaves
As a fan of the Eredivisie I guess Sugawara will be a Brighton buy. About Angelino he used to play for my team PSV indeed. But just like with Xavi Simons there was a buy back option for Manchester City.
Celta Vigo! Also a tip. Ive seen you buy for example Olise or Now Archie Gray, woulndt it be smart to lock them in for a season so that they can grow?

I could but I honestly do nothing! Any half decent performance seems to make the Saudi sides come along

Hey for anyone who sees this comment. Ive only been playing fm for a little while and haven’t been able to find out how to fast forward time so i dont have to play every game in the season. Can someone tell me how?
On main menu you can hover over the ‘my profile’ and select ‘go on holiday’ - you can set instructions for you assistant manager and select a return date before starting to simulate forward 👍
