But I am glad they seemingly chose a pretty quality one instead of the cheapest one they could find. I've seen other bidets have a silly straw connecting the water to the unit with hopes and dreams. So proper fittings on a steel braided line is nice to see.
Americans have an unconditional stigma around it, so it's not common around there. As far as less developed countries, that's simply just less accessible for them, especially if they can barely afford water in the first place
What's funny is that every time I let someone use my bidet seat, they end up buying one for themselves afterward. It's so much cleaner (and sure, you can still use some toilet paper to dry/spot clean, you just won't need nearly as much).
