As a kid at our local shopping center, hadn't become a mall yet, they had a car show one weekend. They had a lady in a block of ice, kind of. Craig Breedlove's "Spirit of America", at the time the land speed record holder, and a number of George Barris creations, including the Bathtub mobile, the Outhouse mobile, the Pink Panther mobile and the Batmobile, along with a couple others I can't remember.
That's really cool I would have loved to see that, I got to see some fun things growing up in NYC like Ecto-1 (dirty and beat up) and Ecto-1A (shiny and new) parked front to back when they were filming in downtown Manhattan while on a school field trip.
