you’ve mentioned in previous videos that HGH is high when insulin is low. You’ve also mentioned that fat does not illicit an insulin response. So if I’m fasting, and then I consume only fat, will my HGH levels stay elevated since I did not create an insulin response? Or does the HGH only stay elevated while completely fasted? Thank you.

Dried berries can be a bit high in sugar because they lack the water content in fresh berries. Also, you usually end up eating more of the dried berries because you miss all that water content which fills you up more quickly.

You mentioned Manganese in the Pumpkin Seeds.
On our Organic Farm, we also grow pumpkins, but we also grow Pili Nuts. They are loaded with Manganese and many other fantastic nutrients.
Of course we also have lots of Coconuts for making Organic Coconut Oil - as well as the Organic Coconut Water and Organic Coconut Vinegar.
    You mentioned Chocolate.
We Grow our own Organic Cacao! OMG, it tastes so much better than anything you can buy commercially because we harvest the cacao when it's at the peak of ripeness. We process it naturally and consume it as a treat, or in hot water. Much better than coffee in my personal opinion!
