You couldnt see anything in the gas and the damage ticked faster. He was a menace back then but now he is a shadow of his former self even getting shadow nerfed again with the interduction of the health bars.

New passive perk for controller legends. When in zone characters like Caustic get extra shield - if those characters are outside of zone it goes back to normal.

You need to start realizing there's a massive difference between being a good player and a legend being good, a good player can make any legend LOOK good, that doesn't mean the legend himself is, as a former caustic main for 3 seasons I can confirm he is in one of the worst states he's ever been in, yes he can still be fun but he pretty much gets outshined by any other controller legend, his best quality is that he's the tankiest legend in the game, but that doesn't really save you in today's game. Plus youre using a mastiff which is literally the strongest floor loot weapon right now being able to basically two tap someone with a purple body shield

I mean, I personally don't think pick rate completely determines how strong a character is. Octane has a higher pick rate but he certainly can't control a building or contribute to a team like Caustic can.

Y'all can think what you want. I've been gaming since halo 3 getting 50's selling em for 1600 MSP. There was zero recoil in the second game. The hemlock has sporadic recoil, even if you're good you'll see it kick up somewhat. Not with jankz
