You need the Jr programmer to read and write to a chip on the Xbox motherboard. You don't need to write to the ace v5 chip. If you take a different kind of chip, like the ace v3, then you need to write to that as well
I also used a cr4 glitch chip before. Didn't have to write to that one either. But you always need a jr programmer to write to a chip on the Xbox motherboard. Exception would be when you have a 4gb nand chip. In that case you need something else to read and write to the chip on your Xbox motherboard.

where can i get the orange wires you are using to connect to the ace v5, i only have the ace v5 a nand flasher and the wires to connect to the flasher
Doesn't matter on colour and you can use 30awg/28awg wire 26awg is also ok
you have to have a nand flasher or not with ace v5? saw on the on most ebay listings its not needed?

When using x360ace v5 on Trinity, is the C1/C2 wire solder on the first resistors or is it bridged between the top and bottom of each C1 & C2?
