सर , अगर i beam को पलटा कर ,मतलब वैब को होरिजोनटल ओर दोनो फलैंज को वर्टिकल रख कर उपयोग करे तो क्या इसकी लोड बियरिंग कपैसिटी बढ जाएगी? क्योकि उस कंडीशन मे दोनो फलैंज, वैब का काम करेंगी और लोड लेगी, कॄपया बताइए।

Bending moment capacity kam ho jayegi, i neam banane ka purpose hi ye hai ke wo bend nahi hota hai kyuki dono flange centre se maximum distance pe hoti he ek pe compressive load aata hai( top wali pe) and bottom wali pe tensile load.
