Our Class A CDL training program gives you real-world experience and prepares you for anything that could happen on the road. New classes start every week. You pay NOTHING to join and nothing else as long as you drive for Prime Inc. with your CDL for one year.
Prime will pay for your transportation to our Springfield, MO; Pittston, PA; or Salt Lake City, UT location to start your orientation. Experience hands-on, computer-based, and simulator training before you get behind the wheel.
Work 1-on-1 with an instructor while you learn how to drive a semi truck. You’ll get practice with the necessary components of your CDL exam along with experience hauling freight.
Once your training is finished, you’ll return to your training center to take your state CDL exam. Those who pass on their first try will receive a $250 bonus.
After you pass your CDL exam, you’ll continue to train with a trainer for 30,000 miles. Get experience hauling loads across the country while receiving a guaranteed minimum payment of $900 per week. Guarantee pay is earned as long as you are available for dispatch.
Once your training is completed, you will be eligible for upgrade review. Stay on as a company driver or choose to own your own truck and become an independent contractor. Your options are limitless. - Развлечения
I'm about done with tnt and I can't explain how simple and easy everyone made it . I passed my cdl with prime cause they do a amazing job training u in and out of the truck. Thank you prime and glad to be part of the family.
That's great! We love to hear that. We're proud to have you as part of the Prime family.
Did you get paid while
Doing orientation
Do they pay hourly or mileage when otr?
It is mileage as a company driver. Lease/owner operators get a percentage of the load pay.
These comments are amazing!! I’m so blessed to be able to inspire you all to come to Prime Inc. It’s a great company to start and build an amazing career in the trucking industry ❤️ I love it here❤️❤️❤️
Hello Dee, I'm interested.
I got my cdl 25 year's ago but really never drove. My dad died so had to get a local job . I let my cdl lapse so I want to train make a living make better money.
If you're interested, you can apply online at www.primeinc.com/?r=youtube.
I've been following Prime now for two years. Finally in school getting my CDL (decided to go about it on my own for job reasons). Once I'm ready to switch careers I'm joining Prime!
We love to hear that! When you're ready, you can apply online at www.primeinc.com/?r=youtube or give our recruiters a call at 888-664-9121.
Prime is an awesome place to learn and work. It is also awesome towards family. Right now my wife is in the end of upgrade eating on a truck, even with a death in family that forced her out of TNT for almost two months, Prime was there kept her spot and only added 10,000 miles to her training once she was able to return. As family I received a family badge giving me equal access to the facilities and as soon as she has a month or two in I will also be coming to Prime and after PSD will do TNT and team with my wife. I can’t put in words how awesome Prime has been and even with not being a current employee I’ve been treated as family and been able to meet and talk with her Fleet Manager multiple times. If you are considering becoming a CDL driver, come to Prime.
Love this company!!!!
We love you!
What a well done and tremendous ad for the company. I've been a fan of Junior Honduras on youtube for some time. He represents the company well. Driving trucks has been an itch of mine that doesn't subside. I just may do it sooner than later!
Thanks for your kind words, Henry! Give us a call when you're ready.
I'm been with prime for one year PSD and T What was a great experience. With being in my own truck I went as Lease operator. I have been successful because of my team. What I mean by my team is my fleet manager's ra logs . They are like my family away from my family. I recommend prime highly because that's where I got my start and that's what I'm gonna end my career
I tried they told had to wait ten years since I had cpl felonies in my past. I no longer live that lifestyle know more and really want to join this great prime family.
We love your enthusiasm and are glad to hear you are making positive moves to better you life. Unfortunately, we do have to wait a considerable amount of time to become eligible to join Prime, as we do have policies in place concerning criminal history. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We wish you the very best.

I'm scheduled to be in training in salt lake City Utah around the 24th. I'm so excited to start this new career and journey I can't wait it's going to be amazing!❤

You got this! You will be amazed how many drivers started out in the same situation. Driving is not easy and it takes a lot of effort and training to get where you need to be, but the more experience you have, the more comfortable you will be. There's just something about being on the road and making a huge difference in our country. Check out the Highway Diamonds group for more inspiring stories from our female drivers.

I so want to do this. I just don't want to fail. I've never backed a trailer. Parents were truckers. So is my brother in law. It's a bit intimidating

Wish could talked about the pay
Our pay goes up fairly consistently, so we wanted to keep the specific numbers out of the video so it lasts awhile! Currently, our training pay is $900/week during the TNT training phase. For more information, give our recruiters a call at 888-664-9121.
Hey! Me and my partner are considering getting into team trucking we just have to get our permits first. But I wanted to know, while we are going through the 30k miles for TNT are we able to earn more than the guaranteed $800-$900 through bonuses or something like that.
There are no bonuses or additional income during the TNT phase of training.
I have my class A license but I’m still not confident in my backing
Let's work on that! Are you currently a Prime driver?
I want to do this but I also have to keep bringing money home.
We offer the Prime Student Driver Program to help you earn your CDL. You pay nothing for our Prime Training Program as long as you drive for Prime Inc. with your CDL for one year! It is an over-the-road training program that starts with a 3-day orientation in Springfield, MO; Pittston, PA; or Salt Lake City, UT. We would cover your rental car to get to orientation as well as 3 meals per day and hotel stay during orientation. After orientation, you would train with an Instructor for 2-4 weeks with your permit. Then, you would come back to take the CDL Exam. Once you earn your CDL in the program, you'll start getting paid a guarantee per week as long as you are available to drive during the 2nd phase of training (takes about 2-2.5 months).
During the TNT phase, does the Trainer do any of the driving (team driving), or only the new employees (with awake trainers in the passenger seat)?
During TNT training, both the trainee and trainer drive as a team.
is there any option to apply, if I'm currently living outside of the U.S.?
I take my CDL permit test in a few weeks. I guess I'm going to have to give y'all a call🦍🦍🦍
That's great! When you're ready, give us a call at 888-664-9121 for more information.
I’ll be taking my CPL in a couple of weeks who can get ahold of? Because I will join your company 😊

So you don't make money till you get the cdl? If I was to apply I still need to make money so how does that work?
Wondering the same
If i heard that right "it doesn't matter where you call home we currently hire anywhere in the lower 48 states" I can send in a application from Oregon? 😊😊
We are only limiting our new hires from FL as of right now. You are ok to submit an application if you are from Oregon.
Does this company still offer training with the new ELDT requirements? Or do I have to enroll in trucking school?
Absolutely! If you are ready to get started, you can apply on our website at www.primeinc.com
I currently have my cdl A, I’m looking to join prime. How long will I have to be in training before I can be on my own making money. And also, what all areas will I driving to? What position offers the most pay? I’m currently living in Florida
If you have six months of OTR experience in the past year, you can come in and become a company driver or lease operator. There is no waiting for the lease programs. If you are ready to get started you can apply on our website at www.primeinc.com/?r=youtube
I have my cdl-a permit..but I don't need a dot exam....I have my dot card
Great! If you are ready to get started, you can apply on our website, www.primeinc.com
I already have my cdl but not much training, would I go straight to TNT?
Great question! Our recruiting team would access your driving history to determine how much training you would need. If you have a CDL and less than 4 months experience, you will be required to obtain a minimum 40,000 team miles with a Prime Trainer to become eligible for upgrade. Before that you would need to attend a 3 day orientation at the terminal nearest to you.
I'm in the process of studying for my CDL permit. My question is how many times if a person fails the PSD training will Prime send you home
If you are consistently showing effort and improvement, we will continue to instruct you until you're ready to pass the CDL exam. This can vary depending on individual circumstances.
Do the driver and trainer sleep in the same truck or do yall go to truck stops at the end of each day and get a room
Prob in the truck since you're not getting paid until you pass. But if you have enough money saved up to get hotels, you can do whatever you want.

Why prime doesn’t take CDL learners drivers form Florida?
One of the reasons we are limiting our new hires is we can not always guarantee a regular home time for them due to not much freight coming out of FL. We are working on finding a solution for this!

Are you guys only taking 2 students per orientation now? A recruiter told me this yesterday and I don't know if I believe him. It just doesn't make sense that out of 3 training facilities you can only accept 2 per orientation.
There must be some confusion, we have several students in the orientation classes, every Monday and Wednesday. It is possible that we only have a few spots left in an upcoming orientation class. Our classes have been filling up lately. I believe the recruiting team is scheduling new students for orientation about a month out.
@@PRIMEINCTRUCKING My problem is that, unless you know someone in the trucking industry it's extremely hard to get in to it you're disabled. Unless you know someone willing to help. A drivers TNT training miles is dependent on the drivers previous and most recent driving experience. The PSD phase of training is determined by how long it takes for a student to feel confident they are to take the CDL exam. Prime's safety rating far exceeds the safety rating of other companies.
