What is the advantage of the soprano over other types of saxes? Smaller? Lighter? Less breath? Easier to load? More beautiful tone?
It is smaller and lighter and generally takes less air, but I like it because it has a sweeter sound. Generally I use the soprano for calmer, more melodic songs while the alto and tenor work better for more upbeat/agressive sounds

Definitely soprano, but it is very tricky to play and I think I like it more because I like ballads/calmer songs in general
