Unfortunately this did not work completely .. when i removed one bud from case my phone recognized it and this one was not working as described in the video .. when i put the two in case and re-paired it the phone did not recognized it 🤷🏻♀️

Got a brandnew freebuds lite. If both buds are in the case, phone cant seem to detect it. If I remove the right bud, it can pair and only left side works. If I try it vice versa, it wont pair. I've tried different remedies found for this problem but still cant seem to make the right side work. I dont know if the right bud has no battery and cant be charge due to a factory defect.
This is most likely due to the fact that one earphone is completely discharged, wet it from the easy place of contact of the earphone with the case, this will help it to charge.
For those did not work with Dominic's step, you could try the steps below. i had the same problem as you guys as well. i managed to do it by altering a few steps i tried below and it work both on my pc and my huawei P20 1. ensure the box is fully charged 2. remove the right hand side on the freebuds from the case 3. press the back button for more than 3 seconds and the blue light blinking 4.turn on your bluetooth and search 5 the blue light blinking will be faster than previous meaning other device ( P20 or PC ) detected the freebuds 6. connect it until successful 7. dont close the lid 8. insert the right hand side freebuds into the case 9. press the back button for more than 3 seconds and the blue light blinking 10. the blue light blinking will be faster than previous meaning other device ( P20 or PC ) detected the freebuds 11. connect it until successful 12. remove the previous freebuds from your bluetooth list 13. download freebuds assistant 14. update. i just performed all these steps like 10 mins ago and it works twice. hope it helps.
How to use both buds at the same time? Is it possible to use both buds on listening music? I can only used 1 buds. Its either left or right. It depends on the what side i choose. I want to use them both buds. :(

I have issue with the Freebuds Lite like yours and I never use it like 4 months already, so I just depend on my type-c earphone. Now I ordered myself Freebuds 3 and never use the Lite hahaha

You should look that they are full on battery, when i did it the first time it didn't work but when i loaded them up and tried it again they worked :)
