Thanks for sharing that most of Europe is crazy busy. It puts a different outlook on visiting those countries. That city is very pretty.

We love Brasov! My wife's family has a flat about a 10 minute walk from the Black Church. There are still bullet holes inside the church from the latest revolution. At 1:35 we have eaten at every single one of those restaurants (except for the KFC and Starbucks lol). Lots of great restaurants on the side streets too. We love sitting in the city square every morning with a cappuccino when we are there. We live in the US but go to Romania every chance we get - usually 3-4 times a year. Great video!!

Seems like it would be easy enough to maintain my carnivore diet there.

Thanks for the look and the history about Brasov's witch trials. Fascinating story behind it and 'Malleus Maleficaru,' the witch hunting and burning manual that was very popular across Europe back then and found it's way all the way to the Salem Massachusetts witch trials.

Would you say those were tourist prices you were paying for food? I wonder if some off the beaten path mom and pop bistros nearby would be more of a value. Let me know.

Charming, but what percentage of people there speak English?

I heard people who speak English in Romania was about the same as Germany. The 'Higher Language' site says: "According to a study in 2015, around 83% of Romanians speak English. The official language of Romania, however, is Romanian and not English". If true, than would be better than most of Europe, and according to U.S. Census better than most of southern California, SouthTexas and Florida.
