5:00 This soup is Lithuanian cold soup(chłodnik litewski). This is a typical summer soup. It's in the canon of Lithuanian and Polish cuisine, like many other dishes. This stems from our common history. For over 600 years we have created one state organism. Now the cold soup is served in the peasant version, unfortunately. In the rich version, instead of eggs, soup with red crayfish necks or thin slices of boiled veal was served.

@@DS.J Yes, it very bad. If you google the route from Gdańsk to Split, there is no train. I’m so sad too. I wish to travel comfortable too.
