Im one of the first ones to use yellow mustard. its not just a binder. you want to coat it heavy with yellow mustard plastic wrap and sit in fridge 1-3 days. That mustard ahs vinegar in it and it soaks into ribs and they will be much more tender with no mustard taste. remove 1 hour before putting on grill and then add your spices. that way meat comes close to room temp
That knife though.... 😍
Right! I need that. I mean it’s cutting the meat so smoothly, no ridges.
I was just saying the same thing i need to find one like that lol
Beautiful
That knife slices through the rack like butter. Amazing
I'm kinda ribbed out right now. Made 2 racks of these type ribs for Dads day and ate a little too many. Who am I kidding. Will make these next weekend. These look fantastic! Thanks Chris.
Thanks for showing the trimming process. Looks great.
The ribs look amazing and your recipe it’s very straight forward, thank you.
And yes you are a professional !!
Awesome looking ribs. The bbq sauce you made sounds delicious. Definitely gonna have to make a batch. Great job!!
Nice rub. Not too complex and lots of good suggestions for variants on it. I always enjoy your vids!
Appreciate the walk through! Just got my MB 1050. Definitely trying this.
Love that barbecue sauce recipe! I am definitely going to make it! Nice change with the Apricot Jam!
I like your method/order of your trimming process better than the one I do. Looks way easier.
Wow perfection,thanks for your review😊
Thank you Get Out and Grill. Just subscribed. I like this no salt rub. It will be great. I salt my meats to taste before I grill or smoke them. This 'no salt' rub will allow me to really coat the meat generously without fear of over salting. Great channel, thanks man.
Hello from Orange County! I just made your recipe and it was a big hit. Thanks so much.
Peter, for how long did you cook them?
Nice job, looks great. I can't remove the membrane without a towel. That little piece of meat on the back is the skirt so I've been told. That rub is what I use for catering, basic but pretty darn good.
Love the fact that you struggled with the membrane like we all do lol alot of channels it seems to just peel off. I've smoked and baked well over 200 racks of ribs and always struggle lol
Great cook. This is my next grill.😎👍
Yooo that knife 🔪 is awesome
Fantastic looking ribs Chris! That gravity-fed rocks!
Yes it does thx Greg
Thank you for sharing!
Excellent job!!!!
Some good looking ribs there...nice drawback too. I seem to get a different amount of drawback for every rib I cook, its like they got a certain fingerprint or something all different but same 321 method. One day il try to do the whole cook without wrapping. Thanks for the vid
I like you already because you are honest. Your not trying to he someone your not. Great video. We want more!!!
Nice Demonstration Ribs came out Great
Thank you
Great walkthrough, Chris. Like those rub and sauce recipes too. Ribs looked fantastic. Enjoyed the video 👍🏼
Thanks Mike b
Hi . Wanted to know if I can do everything you did but put them in the oven . How would I go about doing that ...
@@liliannapagan1775 you can follow this video here ruclips.net/video/JNUTJezkDoY/видео.html
Provide us with the info on this knife geesh you see the inquiry 🧐
Excellent video again brother. Fantastic recipe. Next time if you find mango jam use it to make barbecue sauce, I’ve tried it and it’s awesome. Ps: I think it’s called skirt.
Looked Good!
Oh Yes, that looks nuts. That sauce will definatly make into my book.
I personaly prefer the 3-2-1 method even though many call them overcooked, I love em that way 😁
Ribs looked Amazing man 👍
That Masterbuild....need to check availabilty in Europe, I think to Switch my Traeger for that one.
They are great grills. Thx for watching
Wow, I really like your rub! Cinnamon sounds like your secret ingredient! Any chance you could please tell me how much cinnamon you used? I'm making ribs on my Weber kettle tomorrow thanks to your help! 😃👍
best ribs on the internet thank you
What was the names of the seasoning that u combined together?
Looks good, going to try your barbecue sauce and maybe add some Tabasco...............or cayenne pepper to boost the heat level. Where is your beer Larry? :-)
What temp and what was the total cook time
Where did you get that cutting board?
I see you used that paper towel. 4:01 🤣
Making for the kid's tomorrow at the park! How much cinnamon did you add?
So glad you said any sugar cause all i got is white haha
Hello. Want to know how about putting them in the oven ...
How long do I put them for and what temperature .?
I would do 250 degree for 3-5 hours. Until they were tender. Then coat with a BBQ sauce and use the broiler to get caramelization.
Where do I get the onipon powder? :)
I find in any grocery store. Thx
I need that knife in my life🤣
I am watching this at 8 am and eating leftover ribs and baked beans from last nites dinner and drinking coffee. God I am so weird
The perfect food and drink combo...anytime!
Are you high? You look high. You're high, Chris.
Ok
The easiest way to remove the membrane I find is to start at one end with the butter knife, then use paper towel to grab it and yank it off all at once.
7:10 "now we'll start hitting it liberally"
not on my watch buddy 😎
I think it's the flank if you are still wondering...
He didn't like them hahaha
Those are called rib tips.
Sorry I do not do ribs for 5 hour that is overboard
