SMR was super slept on Bo2. That gun was OP a 2-shot kill machine! It may be worse in zombies but it was goated in multiplayer. But imo SMR is criminally underrated.

The chicomb was one of the fastest ttk guns in the game! Easily my favorite sub in that game and the SMR was underrated as hell

You wanna know something? I remember the G11 when it was first in BO1 and I think they tried bringing it back in BOCW but called it the CARV. 2 and it was a Bullpup using 45. ACP. It had a 45 round magazine, I believe they should’ve used the original G11 model and refined it but I would understand if it had to do with copyright. I miss the G11, but I’m planning to make it out of Lego.
Yea it used a boring conventional mag instead of the cool top loading reciprocating one

If you haven’t figured it out Ghost, the BR9 is a Luger with slightly modern styling
And the view kick is very similar to the luger in the old ww2 CODs
Actually in MW2 the WA2000 is the gun that benefits the least from Stopping Power. IIRC it only gives it a slightly longer one shot range to the chest but it's such a small increase that it's not really worth it
Snipers didn’t have a damage drop off in mw2
The ASP is actually my top used gun in BO1. I loved how fast you could shoot it and I felt it was a solid pistol if used in the right hands
same ASP akimbo shredded up close
It also felt light
7 mound magazine is rough. I highly recommend you check out Forgotten Weapons RUclips video on the ASP. Very interesting unique pistol.

Man the RVN and the HVR are criminally underrated. It was so creative that you could break the RVN and it would be akimbo and you could melee other people with it. The HVR was basically a UMP45 but of course with every CoD the other guns took over
I love both of them
Type-2 is also very underrated
While I'll say the RV-N was just alright in regular mode, the option to have a melee weapon without taking up a class slot was really good.
The PKP got used on demolition or ground war. It was good for spawn trapping. Definitely got used alot by sweats with Stalker Pro too
My main sniper loadout in the og mw2 was the wa2000 with fmj and the tmp with extended mag, as for perks it was sleight of hand, cold blooded, and the 3rd perk was usually something different each time
I have played with all of these guns, but that's only because whenever I play COD online I play with faction based classes. I base my classes on what the factions used in Campaign, and use those setups whenever I load in under certain factions. Like in WAW, when I'm playing as the Red Army on Breach I'd be running a PPsh-41 and the TT30. The weapons never fail me, just gotta play a little more strategically.
L-762 is good when used in a hipfire config with full auto, LMS is really good when taking things slow and steady (definitely not for Shipment unless you crouch camp), TAQ-M and V have really good Sniper Scope unlocks so you’ll have to use them eventually, all of the Semi-Auto/slow weapons (even crossbows) really shine in HC but for some reason you don’t play HC
Hardcore is an afterthought through and through. The game isn't balanced with it in mind and it shows. Awful game mode, no idea why people play it.
I kinda consider the LC-10 from Cold War to be like MPL. Both are similar in style with high rpm and magazine placement. Plus addons on GMod allow you to change the MPL to the LC-10.
The MP-44 was my all time favorite from Cod4. I used it as a sniper and picked people off from a distance lol
fr, it had decent iron sights and if you could manage the recoil the damage output was so worth it
I surprisingly ran into someone who was dedicated running the Switchblade X9 the other day, was a pleasant surprise compared to VMP every other lobby. Loved the Echohawk in concept, but yeah, it was meh.
The Type 63 just gives me the same vibe as the SMR in bo2. Both are pretty good (minus bo2 zombies SMR), just simply the direct competition is slightly better with the DMR-14 and the bo2 FAL
The Lachmann/G3 in MW2 (2022) is severely slept on as a close-quarters weapon with the right setup. Same goes for an automatic rifle setup.
Here’s the close range build:
Muzzle- Tempus GH50
Stock- Lachmann S9 Factory
Barrel- Lachmann 10.3” RAPP
Underbarrel- Phase-3 Grip
Attachment 5 is up to what you need, run it only in Full Auto. Semi Auto isn’t the way with this one.
The tokarev is honesty my favorite pistol in WaW and I assumed it was the general favorite aside from the magnum. Unlike the nambu and walther it actually is able to hit shots
I used the rv-n a lot back in infinite warfare and if you modified it right it was a 2 burst kill from any range, I also used the type 63 in Cold war all the time and was my first gold camo, I made it into a very steady mid range semiautomatic with a fast kill rate. And the bas-p (Kaiju burst blueprint) is my favorite smg just due to its insane ttk
The vepr definitely got used on Ghost. The MarkofJ definitely used it in alot of his videos too
Out of all the smgs I do love the uzi as well as the tmp for a secondary. Rapid fire and akimbo on the uzis along with tmps akimbo is pretty fun
I do agree a lot of lmgs are very underrated such as the Mg36 from mw3 and as you said the qbb lsw from bo2. But the smr I don't mind it's alright for an assault rifle
But ultimately the d13 sector in bo3 is by far my favorite and not a lot used it because they don't have it
In AW, the sac 3 single & Sn6 were so fun to use. I loved them & nobody really used them so it made me like them more😭
Bri, I like how LMGs were meta in Ghosts, but no one used the LSAT. I was also one of the like, 3 people that used the SVU, because it was the best suppressed DMR.
a few of the guns you showed in advanced warfare are unfortunately some of my favorite guns from that game. for the EPM3, the elite variants are garbage because they don't do anything positive for you and only worsen it, but it's a solid gun to use with optics. the SAC-3 akimbo are still the only guns I've ever dropped a nuke with. and the AMR-9 is fun to use with the grenade launcher variants

MG34 with compensator and all ads speed attachments was surprisingly decent. It’s just outclassed by everything else in terms of versatility

PM9: Run with the RoF upgrade on the gun, and your choice of other things, but treat is as a hip-fire "kill anything close in that direction" gun. If I felt like people were getting too sweaty, I'd pull it out and get angry people to sooth my soul.
The TMP in MW2 is underrated, I liked using it when I played…
I love videos like this because most call of duties I specifically use the guns nobody uses. 9/10 times they are insanely good, people just don’t like certain small things about them that turn them away from it.
Bring back memories of MW2, when i was messin around with the WA2000 (i never been a good player, just tried to have fun), it was a SnD match, was the last man standing and all my teammates started to laugh at me and make fun or me cause i was usin the WA2000
XM4 on Cold War is slept on. I got gold on it. If you get head and upper body shots, the gun is a menace, and those are easy to get with the accuracy. Ive switched systems before, started with the gun at level 1, and leveled it pretty quickly. XM4 slaps, and i never see anyone use it. You can rush and capture objective with it or you could sit back and camp with it. The range is decent. Ive carried my teams in Domination so much with it. When someone pisses me off in a game when I am using a different gun, I switch to the XM4 and sweat. Technically got it gold on 2 accounts
The TT-33 Tokerav was my favorite pistol in cod waw no recoil high damage output extremely versatile completely underrated
This video reminded me of the time when I played MW3. I was like 9 yo and I used to try a lot of guns that were really bad, and even put the wrong accesories on them because I didn't know English. It might be a silly video but those memories mean a lot to several people :)
I LOVED using the M16 in CoD4 and MW2 back in the day. I hate how unusable it feels now in MWII and MWIII; like I am tying a hand behind my back by trying to use it instead of something else.
I LOVED the chicom cqb. I'm pretty sure that was one of the only burst smg's so I think that's why it held a special place in my heart also since it was super light and compact you had hella mobility😊 I'm not a msmc fanboy like the rest, but HOTDAMN was that gun not amazing. #MSMCFORNEXTBLACKOPS
i loved it as well, probably my most used gun, even competively! you could trigger fast enough to basically fully auto and the firing rate is just meltinng enemies!

The Tokarev from WaW was prob my fav pistol from the game. It had no recoil and did the same damage as the other pistols pretty much

Now when you got to iw cod hvr is not bad because there is a variant of the hvr SMG that u can have akimbo and it is very fun to grind for it and use I believe you get it by doing the missions or something not from the campaign from the multiplayer

Yo ghost,maybe try the ghosts svu with select fire? I mean,you are saying that your problem is the fire rate,and select fire increases the fire rate for marksman rifle by like,25% per burst or sth like that,so it would probably be really good with the svu since you only need to shoot out 2 bullets anyways to kill,and the fire rate will be increased per burst so it would be abit more tolerable.

The chicom actually is good, only thing you need is a long barrel and fast mags

I mean Idk about the remake but back in the day on cod4 mp44 was literally insane. It was the one of the meta AR's, the recoil thing is only a problem for console players. It has a higher ROF, a higher damage, a lower fall off, a slightly "worse" recoil isn't a big deal when you play on keyboard and mouse. Should've been like g36c or skorpion on cod4 tbh.

Tbh, the SA87 from MW19 was so slept on. I've been an Enfield fan since the OG MW2 days.
Definitely took a good while to get good attachments on it but it was worth it. Turns it into a assault rifle with high damage
Sn6, Sac3, amr9, pdw and emp3 all got used by sweats on hardpoint for sure. The other weapons, i honestly forgot theh existed tbh
I used the SVU in Ghosts with suppressor thermal. Also nobody uses the F2000 in MW2 while the RAM7 was absolutely uaed.
I use the svu on ghost with thermal and armor piercing rounds (or whatever it's called) it's not the best but it's not that bad.
the WA2000 was my favorite sniper it was a 1 shot with stopping power and a 2 shot with cold blooded most of the time
That m16 royalty variant you have in the thumbnail I was literally just using like 4 hours ago visiting it again but used default attachments and the iron rights were TERRIBLE 😭😂
chicom is the most slept on gun in cod history, if u had the burst timing down it felt like the og m4 from bf3

That feel when you actually do main the Lachmann 762, TAQ-V, and BAS-P. Love those weapons
my favorite gun from mw2 was f2000 with suppressor. the sound was god tier and de gun was underrated
5:23 I used the TMP and especially the Mini-Uzi religiously and even got one of my 2 nukes with the latter one. Very slept on weapon. The UMP just wasn't for me.
Uzi was my favourite to rush with in S+D, had a lot of success and good times with it. Only fun I had with MW2 really
To be honest, the MW19 crossbow’s problem isn’t the speed imo, it’s the horrid bloom the bolts have *on top of* the expectably slow velocity, making it laughably unreliable outside of close ranges
Even the velocity wouldn’t be an issue if the bolts at least flew where I wanted them to go
I remember getting bodied in BO1 by a dude using Dragunov with AGOG and a silencer, and his secondary was a silenced Makarov. Absolute meme build xD

The QBB in bo2 is definitely not unused. The amount of times i ran into target finder + riot shield campers with that thing is insane 😂
Bruh the Ram and Fal in MW19 was heavily used during that time, at least every match there was someone running with one of those weapons cmon now 😂
Imo the Bas-P is sooooo underrated, it's easily my top used gun in mw2. Mw3 and warzone 3 it kinda sucks, but in 2 i'd tap fire it to reduce recoil and it was so fun.

late comment but here - OG MW3 SP3 players, Dragonov and the other light semiautop sniper (like the semi auto version of MSR) weren't that bad but you had to build them differently
sniper scope - out -> give them ACOG
for secondary attachement -> extended mag was the best but before that you could take foregrip or non
anyway back to semiauto snipers - forcing yourself to be more of an... assault class - like you play with AR

Back in bo2 i always used the chicom with the select fire attachment wich made it full auto
The ots9 was broken in Resurgence. It aboustly melted people and even after nerfing it it was still in the meta

bro the chicom is one of the best guns in BO2 i couldnt use anything but that. first i didnt like it but i forced myself to use it for like 3 days and i loved it. best smg in BO2.
I feel like im the only one who ever mains the TAQ-M, LM-S, and EBR-1 since those weapons are amazing to one shot headshot with. Its so satisfying going for headshots with them. I mean heck! My TAQ-M’s headshot percentage is almost 90% with over 2,000 kills!
I think the chiqcom is good if you have fast fire - stopping power on it. I guess that 4-burst rifle makes it marginally better, but i never had a bad experience for it

The mpl kinda came back in Cold War but they made it some weird mix with accuracy international aesthetics
the MPL is easily my favorite gun in CoD, I wish they'd bring it back. it's such a neat looking weapon

Bo1 Mpl, everyone had a class back in the day for that cause I remember the emblem could be placed right on the hammer part of it. The Thomson in ww2 was great your tripping.
The MP44 (StG-44) just had no place in the game, let alone the meta.
It's a WW2 weapon in something called Modern Warfare, that had restrictive iron sights, zero attachments and a terrible DPS.
You should do the most use weapons in every COD

WaW Tokarev was my go to pistol. Rapid little thing
the OTS is a fine smg but the unlock criteria for it so horrible, 50 lightning reflex medals or 3 distracted kills in 15 mp games
most people just bought a blueprint instead of getting the stock gun
cold war the ots is really good but i feel like the UGR should've been on the list because people used it when it came out but after that i have never seen anyone use it

OST9 was pretty good, and Nail Gun was good secondary. Goood way to rid yourself of Trophy Systems too
The lachman762 is goated if you build it completely wrong aka build it for speed and nothing else cause in full auto it throws damage can be quite the pain to deal with and the type 63 from cold war just turn it into a semi ar and spam 10/10 gun then
the vepr being chosen after the vector? the vector has a worse recoil pattern so i’d take the vepr. the vepr also has faster firing speed. the vector is my second favourite of those 2 but i still use it in my multiplayer classes
When they buffed the FAL I dropped some nasty warzone clips with that thing
I use the g-rail however only with the skin that makes it fully automatic, its more useful that way
The Ram-7 in MW 2019 is beyond a decent gun. Either that or my favorite gun in the series is just “mid.” Give it some time and it’s one of the most competitive AR’s in the game hands down. It can straight up beam. I’d compare it to the M4 honestly. Different build variety and you can run it either like a quick but strong SMG or a heavy rifle that has no recoil. Either way, that gun is top 3 in the AR category for me
SVU in Ghosts was kind of nuts. It 2 shot at every range and was a great counter sniper weapon. Side note: If they remaster WaW I’m 1 million % only using the flamethrower for the memes

Tbh I've managed to make the doulble cross work, also the tiger shark is not too bad, got my first nuke on bo4 with the tiger shark.
SDM caused me so much pain when I went for Dark Matter
