You're comparing one game as reference? So I guess Minshew is a better QB than Lamar Jackson. Also it's not about stats, it's about what the film shows. JD is proving to be an elite passer as a rookie. It's wildly impressive. Lamar is an ELITE QB, not an elite passer, but a great passer.

Lamar is my favorite player, fun to watch. But 1. His playoff record is shit; 2. When the pocket collapses, and he's not running, he makes HORRIBLE decisions. Then yes, he slams the ball on the ground. Why? Because he tries to do TOO MUCH on every play. And you've got to think that's part of the reason why he fails in the playoffs. Clean that up Lamar and you'll win Superbowls.
I love how people criticize his intermediate and deep balls when he has the highest intermediate conversion rate and a money deep ball. He throws the ball where either his guy gets it or no one does. It’s goes Mahomes, Jackson, everyone else in any order

Im a die-hard Ravens fan, Lamar is playing almost perfect, but what will take Lamar to his peak is manipulating the defense with his eyes, Jayden Daniels does this even as a rookie.
On that 4th down td pass to Mclaurin, he looked to his right until the safteys bit then he looked left and threw a dime.
When Lamar adds that to his arsenal, he will be unstoppable.
Lamar in my opinion is following the same path that John Elway did during his career. For as great as he was, he couldn't do everything on his own. Then when Terrell Davis arrived, everything changed. No longer was the pressure on Elway, and he didn't get phased by it one bit. Now with Lamar its the same thing. For as great as he is, LJ other than 2019 Mark Ingram never had a true bell cow at RB. And that to me was a big reason why he's 2-4 in the playoffs. Now Lamar doesn't just have any bell cow, he has Derrick Henry, the best power back of this generation, who could be on the same level as Jim Brown, Emmitt Smith, and Walter Payton if the Ravens win a championship this year.
Long time Ravens fan. I think Derrick Henry should be on top of Lamar for MVP standing. Lamar has been solid to great but the fumbles hold him back just enough in my mind. People will come around when DH breaks 2K.
I won't definitively say the INT was solely on Lamar but that ball was definitely ahead of the receiver. Could be Lamar's aim or the receiver's effort but either way, that was a matter of execution rather than some fluke.
Henry has definitely been a beast. And I think they've only won their games when Henry balls out.

I think Lamar is the most dangerous QB in the league and teams should be more afraid of the Ravens than they are the Chiefs. That being said, I think Mahomes is the best QB and the Chiefs will be in the Super Bowl again. Nobody gets more meat off the bone than Gastone, I mean Mahomes. Tyreek goes away? Sure enough! Kelce can't play as many reps? Sure enough! WR's keep dropping like a flies? Sure enough! 5-0? Sure enough!
If The Ravens were 5-0 with and old Mark Andrews (he's 29 while Kelce is 35), a rookie WR, and fresh off the couch Kareem Hunt, you would anoint Lamar a God and say this is why you have to look past the numbers. You only think context matters when it supports your case it seems.
