Haven't seen subtitles so stylish in a non original content in a while! Surprised there are so few views.

Really love the aesthetic of the title card here, great work with all the lyrics!
Though I'm curious now, how did you clean the original subtitles?

thank you! I thought hard about how to keep the original title card's aesthetic while making it in English. (well I ended up with this, but It still looks pretty fine, doesn't it?)
pure work, I screenshotted the original video multiple times and combined the images.
I also needed to draw over the lyrics in some shots, good thing that the video was in black and white(and well, grey)
so, didn't really "clean the subtitles", sorta recreated the whole video.
glad that you enjoyed it, expect more of Inaba Kumori subtitle videos!

My respects for remaking the whole MV, would you mind if I asked what software you used to do it?
Unrelated, but in terms of constructive criticism, maybe it would be a good idea to employ a thicker font in future videos?
The issue with the thin font you used here is that since there are less pixels per letter, there's less white, which translates into less contrast with the monochrome background and thus results in worse overall readability compared to the original.
It's fine for big text boxes like 0:59, however, when it comes to subtitles at the bottom like 1:26, the issue becomes considerably more noticeable since the text blends with the background as a side effect of the transitioning motion and the increasing amount of elements on the screen.
My personal recommendation would be to use the Anime Ace font, since its round appearance matches the roundness of kanji strokes, helping preserve the 'vibe' of the OG subtitles (plus, its a freeware font). But really, there are many fonts out there to pick from.
