  • Hey RUclips Whanau!
    Welcome to 2024 with Polly Collective! Before I make any promises I will inevitably break - let hope for a content filled year with inspiring colourful videos!
    In this video I go with a cool toned colour way - which is completely out of my comfort zone!!!! What do you think????
    I do my best to respond to questions in the comments so if you have any hit me up. Don’t forget I have a wonderful creative community on Patreon who were able to see this video first!

    The end result is stunning! May I ask what Matt varnish you use. Things are hard to come by in Cape Town.

    I really like this collection, thankyou for showing us.
    I'm wondering what type of black pen you used. I've tried using sharpie black marker but even after 24 hours or more the ink still smudges.
    Thankyou

    Where can I find the popsicle stick cutters? Those are different and very cute!

    • @pollycollective
      @pollycollective  6 месяцев назад

      They sure are! They are one of my signature styles - I had my cutter custom made.

    I noticed you opened the painted/powder coated jump rings by hand. Is that because when you use pliers it chips or of? I've found even nylon coated pliers was talking off the colour too... 🤔

      Nope it doesn’t chip off at all, they are just easy to open that way. They aren’t stainless steel which is super a hard to open, it just saves me getting my pliers out. My nails suffer for it tho!

    2:44 Is that brown paper? What is the purpose of pressing with that? (I'm a beginner, btw)

      I could be wrong, but I think it's just a piece of parchment paper since I've seen them in a few different colors before

      You were right! We call it baking paper in Australia and NZ but yes that's your equivalent!
