14 year old Diana gave three more performances on the 2018 contest "You are Super" after this one, all very different and equally or even more accomplished ("Rechenka" being completely out of this world).
At the end of the contest - which she won - the first judge you saw, the bald guy, Igor Krutoy, who is renowned for composing with Dimash and Lara Fabian, bought her an apartment in Moscow so that she could move there to study at an elite music school.
Still only 20, she has given more performances that are absolute masterpieces than she has years.
Extremely versatile and expressive - she sings in multiple languages, styles and genres - she is quite simply the best singer of popular music in the world.
Even Dimash - god that he is - cannot compete with her.
An original song, "In My Huge City," that she posted on her channel two days ago already has 364k views.
The song illustrates just how extraordinary her voice has now become, consequent to elite training. It is superbly arranged, and one of the greatest songs you will ever hear.

Diana is a rare diamond, there are not so many people like her on the stage, and her talent is even more valuable.

Diana Ankudinova was 14 years old on February 10 2018 during this, her first appearance on a talent show for disadvantaged teens called “You Are Super”. This performance was the first song she sang during this “You Are Super” competition, and she sang her cover, of Dernière Danse in French originally sung by Adila Sedraïa, better known known as Indila. Diana’s voice for a 14 year old is truly unique, an instrument with a timbre, and colors that are hard to describe. In the previous year, 2017, at age 13, her vocal range was measured from a low of D3 (a solid Alto), to a high of A5, (again a solid Alto), which was low for a 13 year old girl, but I can find no performance that was used for this particular vocal range measurement.
Now back to 2018. For a girl of 14 to have a voice with this kind of a sound, plus her level of musicality, vocal control, and stage presence is truly amazing! Some have voiced an opinion that Diana looked a little scared for this performance, which would be understandable for someone this young to experience a little “stage fright” in this high pressure environment, but the truth is, Diana Ankudinova was not scared at all. She was taking a few moments to get into character. You can see by looking at her face that after a few seconds she there, she has slipped into, and assumed the character in the song. She is not just singing a song, now she is communicating with the audience and Diana is transmitting the feelings and emotions of this character to the audience. Diana Ankudinova was not afraid, she was not intimidated at all, she is a true stage animal. Diana Ankudinova was born to be on stage,
I don’t know the specific reactor’s name that first started reacting to Diana Ankudinova, but it piqued the interest of real vocal professional’s and they also started reacting to RUclips music videos of Diana, and to comment on the quality of Diana's voice. The word started to spread and soon other reactors along with reactors that are actual vocal professionals also started to pay attention, and some were starting to speculate that with maturity and training she sounded like she could be a true contralto in the making, and a true contralto is very, very rare. If you want to listen to an even younger Diana Ankudinova, listen to her cover version of “Oh Darling” by the Beatles at a radio station when she was only 10 years old, impressive!
Diana has a good sized catalogue to react to and a strong fan base. The bald judge was the famous Igor Krutoy (Producer/Composer) that plays piano and composed for Dimash.
This is Russia so in general the straight calm face, no reaction, is perfectly normal for this culture.
Diana has a very rare voice and the ability to create 2 notes at once to give that wierd echo effect.
I recommend "The Show Mask Go On" contest next with the "Elvis cover". Get long version from her channel and cut out judges at the end if you choose, as there are pirated cuts out there.

Greetings from Scotland! This was 14yo Diana singing in an amazing Russian project "You're Super" for abandoned/disadvantaged children because Diana spent some years in an orphanage when she was 3yo.
She is a natural dramatic contralto (VERY deep!) which is rare in females but exceptionally rare in someone so young! Diana also naturally sings with polyphonic overtones, so sounds like more than one voice when she sings, multiple voices sometimes!
Diana was born way over in the far eastern side of Russia in Primorsky Territory, northeast of Vladivostok. Her adoptive family moved to Togliatti, in western Russia near the Volga River then after Igor Krutoy (a famous (DIMASH?) composer/producer) gifted Diana an apartment in Moscow she moved there and still lives there! It made it easier for her to study at GITIS International, the largest and oldest theatrical State Institution in Russia. She has an extensive entry in Wikipedia now which explains her sad early childhood.
She is now 20yo and she has already sung in *7 languages, Russian, English, French, Spanish, German, Ukrainian and Arabic!!!*

Diana once said in a TV interview "In principle, if you don't sing with your soul, you probably don't sing".

She has many many performances for you to react to. I would suggest,Wicked Game, when was 15 or Can’t Help Falling In Love, at age 18. Diana has an extremely rare voice type she is a dramatic contralto it is the lowest deepest darkest voice type for a female. This performance is very short due to the limits imposed by the producers of the competition. She did this song again at 15, and it is terrific. And again at 16, it is even better. Please do more Diana. If you think you have an ear for music as you claim, you are going to be very surprised. Marketability? She's Russian, speaks only Russian. What would you compare her to? Some judges also save their reactions to a point in the song that will not interrupt the performer. But you knew this, right? And she is impressive, yes! Diana's voice is unique on this world an extremely young Dramatic Contralto which is the deepest darkest and most powerful female voice, she also has huge range and she uses extreme vocal techniques that you have never seen before, this video is nothing compared to her real capabilities.
If you think that Dimash is impressive then think again.
As for this competition it is organized for children with difficult pasts, children from orphanages and other difficulties that are keeping them back, Diana is there because she has been abused and abandoned injured by her biological mother.
As for the judges the woman in red is the most insignificant one there because the rest of them are indeed big names, especially the bald guy who does sign up Celine Dions and Mariah Careys, he is Igor Krutoy one of the biggest producers and composers of today, if you have seen many videos of Dimash then you definetly seen him.
I do not know if you will continue reacting to Diana but what i can guarantee is that you have never and will never hear anything and anyone sound like her in your life.

This particular performance is from early 2018 when Diana was 14 years old and yes, it was her first appearance on this Russian show called "You Are Super", a talent competition for children from disadvantaged backgrounds (her Wiki page gives more details). The original artist is French singer Indila who is of North African heritage - she's bloody good as well. I'm not really giving any secrets away by saying Diana won the competition easily. A subsequent performance on the show was a Russian folk song "Rechenka" which is even better :

Coming up to date, Diana is now 20 and is studying at GITIS a prestigious arts college in Moscow. She is also in the midst of a tour around Russia. A couple of recent releases are "Baikal", which is from the sound track of a film "Spirit of Baikal" which has just gone into cinemas - Diana voices the spirit in the film. Secondly, "In My Huge City" which came out two days ago - the lyrics are from a poem by Marina Tsvetaeva written in 1916.

One of Diana's most famous performances was the next audition where she sang the Russian traditional Rechenka ("My Dear River"), a song about an orphan girl on the evening before marrying a man she doesn't want and complaining to the ghost of her deceased mother by the river. What she does there, the atmosphere she creates already with her first notes is rarely accomplished by any experienced veteran singer. Rechenka should be a hot candidate for your next reaction to Diana.

Diana is unique. She started singing at the age of 5 and has a lot of experience with many different songs and performances on different stages.
There are hundreds of appearances and videos here on RUclips on her and other channels.
For me, she was very good from a young age and she is constantly developing and getting better.
Without a doubt, she is now one of the best singers on the planet.

Im Russian and when I enjoy a performance I become mesmerized and still. That lady was unique. She and the young dude are singers. The two older guys are a producer and composer. One bought her an apartment and the other is a strong supporter of her and other independent artists. So dont judge a book by its cover, especially when its another culture.
Here are three reasons why Diana (the Queen of Goosebumps) doesn't sound human. First, she is a contralto, which is the absolute rarest type of female voice. It allows her to sing very dramatic/powerful, very (I mean VERY) deep, very dark, very rich. Second, she has a spectacular larynx. She's been called the vocal Eighth Wonder of the World. Third, she is polyphonic, which means she can produce multiple harmonics within her voice at the same time. This is what allows her to sound like two people at once. (more below) When you add all that up you basically get a person who creates her own auto-tune. She doesn't need electronic auto-tune. She IS her own auto-tune. It is an interesting issue. The bald guy is Igor Krutoy long time friend and mentor of Dimash. He retired rich from composing music and returned for Dimash. He wrote a dozen songs for him, and worked together in many.

IT WAS NOT her debut. She started at age 13 at Voice Kids Russia,and since she was a clear winner, they throw out of the audition as "cat to shit", for it was rigged. They couldn't let her to compete. She did "Jodel" and one more French song. I think Igor wanted her to succeed. Their relationship didn't work out, they had only one song "Blizzard".

The first season of "You Are Super" was in 2017, the year before Diana appeared on the second season in 2018, so I'm not sure where you got the idea that the show was "organised" for Diana? As for "Blizzard", that was one of the three songs Diana sang on the 2019 "Super Season" and it was a cover of a song already made famous by Grigory Leps.
After Diana won the 2018 season, Igor Krutoy generously bought her an apartment in Moscow so she could continue her studies - I don't believe he has actually worked with her formally.

@@szolanek Ah! On the 2018 season of the show, Diana's final song was Lara Fabian's "Tomorrow is a Lie" with Igor accompanying on piano. This may be the collaboration you're thinking of - it was just on the show. However, I can think of one other occasion where Igor played piano whilst Diana sang (in a duet with Polina Bogusevich) on a Christmas TV show, (I think this was another Lara Fabian cover).
