    my big thing is if the sensor is good, if ur playing a fps game and flick rlly fast, or even move fast back n forth does it spin out?

      @mel0nFPS  8 месяцев назад

      The sensor is just a stock 3395 (without motion sync thought), the only odd thing about it is the pre-set LOD levels which are odd to say the lease. The mouse had preformed fairly well in terms of sensor performance so far though!

    3398 is just an in-house or modded version of the 3395 I think, like the 3399 of G-wolves or that of Corsair or Roccat. From what I found from Reddit, it seems to have more LODs

      So it's a custom 3395, only difference I've noticed so far is that there isn't motion sync and there is like 11 or so pre-set LODs which is an odd modification but the sensor feels good so far, I'll have to toy around with the pre-set LODs and figure out what that's all about. I'll be sure to cover that in the full review!

      @@mel0nFPS Dunno if its cuz the rapoo, custom firmware is really efficient, but my mouse lasted 1 month without even charging once, 10 hours a day. it has a 800mh battery, thats probably why its sits around 68grams. Most 3395 budget mouse use a 150-300mh battery only, thats how they achieve under 60 grams.

    how do dot skates fit onto it? i dont think they would fit into that small section at the bottom but if you dont put them there and only as low as they can go on the 2 side skate areas on the rear would that cause any instability issues?

    • @mel0nFPS
      @mel0nFPS  8 месяцев назад +1

      I actually put dot-skates on the VT9 Pro, you leave the back part empty and put extra skates onto the sides, doesn't cause any instability from what I've seen so far. I'll cover more about the skates and balancing in the full review!

      ooh, super glad to hear that, really looking to get the vt9air but from what ive heard the vt9pro and vt9s skates arent the greatest so id assume its the same for the vt9air but theres no english reviews so i cant know for certain so i was intending to replace them with dots. and is there any specific date i could expect the full review?

      @@peanutbutterbean1738 Hopefully within the next two weeks, I have a lot of mice I'm reviewing rn so it may be longer. I can say though I'd recommend getting the air over the VT9 Pro. I like the mouse, the shape is a little odd since it's a viper-inspired shell but it's still usable. The biggest issue is the weight, too heavy for me personally. The air has the same specs but is much lighter so it'd be a lot more usable. Also there is a VT9 mini coming later this year too so if you didn't want to go for the air you could wait for the mini!
      Hope that helps!

      thanks, my sister has the viper ultimate and her bf was given a vt9s and i currently have a MOW and i find the hump on the vt9 fills my palm when clawing MUCH better than the FK shape. the vt9 is also a bit too heavy for me, especially since i want to go lighter than my current mouse and the vt9air being a bit smaller might also help with fingertip since i tend to switch between those 2 grip styles. also i think the vt9air in black would match my setup really well since my keeb is a keychron v1 with the translucent case. cant wait to hear what all you have to say about the mouse!@@mel0nFPS

    dp you know if i can use it on xbox?

    • @mel0nFPS
      @mel0nFPS  8 месяцев назад +1

      I'm not sure, I assume the mouse work work as an input device but I'm not sure if you can use any of the extra buttons without the software or driver. I didn't see anything about support on RAPOO's website either.
      If you're looking for a similarly priced mouse that does work on Xbox I'd check the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 wired, I know that one works for sure on Xbox and PS.
