Interesting technique, with the cross-cutting and stretching... Almost like Belgian Waffles and Indian Naan had a baby, but that baby was Persian...

this bread named "Barbari " . you can find this in all the time and everywhere in Iran. we have it in breakfast or lunch or dinner just like another bread in the world. with any food that be liked and be tasty. there is no limitation.😊
