Too big of a difference, but we need to remember that cops need to be able to catch up. They always have to respond to what crims do, if it was exactly the same speed as tuner cars it would be a VCB with 10 to 30 seconds every time.

does the car not weigh more/slow down when theres people in the trunk compared to people actually in the seats? Cause koil said "I don't think you need it, we'll put it on hard mode" I can only assume he means that because the car would be slower with 2 then with only the driver right?
