Happy Friday, Y'all! We're back to the usual video schedule today and for the weekend. That means the typical video this morning, while we'll have afternoon/evening updates over the weekend. Outside of the high wildfire risk, warm and increasingly windy weather - we won't have to deal with any stormy mischief until late Monday afternoon. ~David
You're my Favorite Weather Man!!!! As a kid my favorite was Harold Taft...WFAA. Went to watch him do a live broadcast and he gave me a part of the weather report he had drawn on very large paper... go figure. Love you're reporting of our Texas weather
Aw that's awesome! Yeah for here david is my fav but overall my faves are James spann in Birmingham Alabama and Matt laubhan in Mississippi. Outside of that David is my fav especially on youtube
So glad to see your subs increasing. My brother drove down from Illinois to watch the eclips. I told him to subscribe to you for the best weather forecast. Have an awesome day.

Good morning David, happy Friday and thank you for the weather update tomm is my birthday so will enjoy nice weather before our next go round. Enjoy rest of your day and weekend. Thank you for all you do
Ever since I learned about, David and this fine channel I have had Nothing but incredible Wonderful weather. Cool mornings and night crazy Low humidity (near Houston). Is it a coincidence?
I just checked the drought monitor for Texas and found that more than half the state is currently under no drought, due to recent storms. The hill country and far west Texas are still pretty dry though.
Thanks for the update. My daughter loves SpongeBob as well. I have to say I do have a TShirt with SpongeBob that I had picked up a couple years ago my daughter loves it. Thanks for the update as always. Now time to open Texas Children's Museum Riovista Texas. Have a blessed day everyone.
0:08 For North Texas, I look for 70 ° , a Pressure of 2.9x and falling... If their is a LP system with a Dry Line advancing in where a cold front clashing with the warmer Spring air AND its the middle of April, its almoat a Sure Thing. I have watched these storms in this area Since 1960. I am now 69 so, 64 years. When I was a teenager and could drive, we might go chasing after the storms if they were close to Wichita Falls, Tx. I lost lost the Home I grew up in and my Apartment on one of the worst Tornado outbreaks in Tornado history. I think anywhere along the Red River, both sides into Texas and Oklahoma, is prime for Aprial. Draw a box from Wheeler Okla. over to Shawnee, Okla. Then down from there. From Wheeler, down to Childress, Tx., then down to Abilene, Tx. Then across from Abilene, Tx. over to Cleburne, Tx. From Cleburne, up to Denton, Tx., then completing the boxback up to Shawnee, Okla. This area is one, or was one of the most active areas in mid April. On Aprial 10th 1979 gjess what hit the fan? You got it. I got back from Dallas into Wichita Falls, just after it had hit and it looked like a bomb had been dropped. There are links and pictures on the net all about it. Un real.
Good morning. Windy is okay, it will help dry out the 4.5" rain left behind from the last storm. Spring in Texas.😊 Thank you for the report, much appreciated 🌷🌷
Im really concerned about Monday because it seems not much can go "wrong" to make this not to perform badly (if that makes sense. Meaning that not much can cause the event to be bad)..
It does have a high ceiling for impactful weather. A caveat is the potential for moisture mixing out at the surface which would make storm bases higher (lessen tornado risk)
Notice how they have changed the temp colors on the maps to make 80's look like death valley. This is psychological warfare by the climate catastrophe people. Compare those maps to maps of similar temp generated just 10 years ago. Totally different color schemes.

Right, so if you live in OKC, DFW, or KC, prepare to get slammed sometime between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
Basically, that is certainly plausible
Thank you for the update.

"I am Concerned about Houston, Tx. Will there be another devasting Server Storm coming this way"? 🙀 😂 😮
It depends. Houston area may not be in the worst of it. Stay tuned
Love the sweater

Great meteorology behind your methods!
Thanks for your work you do
You are very welcome
What ever happened to just regular thunderstorms? This crap with always having to worry about hail is getting old. 🤬
They just tend to be more damaging this time of year
Good morning
Ok why was I sooo focused in his shirt!!
Bahaha

Spring in Texas.😊

AHHHHHH more rain !!! 🎉
Moooooore
And I like your shirt
April 12 was the day in 1927 when an F-5 hit Rock Springs Texas killing 72 people. The cemetery in Rock Springs is full of 12 April 1927 monuments.
Wow that is deeply sad
You have got to be kidding. We don't need anymore rain here in Texas. The ground is already too saturated.
Well that's what this time of year is here. And it don't help we are coming out of el nino so it's even more active
we just got finished
Windy windy doom doom
Happy friyay..have a great weekend everyone 😀
We love the weekend!
Oh no prom hair on windy days…..not good😅
Oh goodness! Good thing I don’t have to worry about that!
Expect incoming fireballs
Eh…probably

🙄🙄🙄 no it's the models being used. It has nothing to do with that. It's just showing that the temps are above normal for this time of year is all
Meh it is what it is
So what is Tyler? Chopped liver?
Never!
