- The Electoral Court has reserved judgment in the matter concerning the Umkhonto weSizwe Party.
It is appealing the Independent Electoral Commission's decision to uphold objections to former President, Jacob Zuma standing for public office.
The court will hand down its order tomorrow.
MK Party's Advocate Dali Mpofu says disqualifying Zuma from the poll is a violation of his rights.

is it just me or the former president's legal rep doesn't have a name kea SABC meanwhile IEC we know the name. Or I am being petty. The comparison shouldn't abt what the former president's legal arguments were ant vs IEC arguments - both sides be highlighted by this public broadcaster so that those who couldn't watch the presentation can get a clear picture.

The judges will not be criticized if they found in favour of Mr Zuma. Judges are not captured if Mr Zuma wins.😂😂😂. What a dwarfish mentality.
