I started cooking from jan 2022 and Each night he will show me menu as well make me watch. its amazing dish. 25 yrs ago i ate at kannada aunty home and its similar taste when made today. Keep up the same spirit. Ofcourse i used ghee. Mealmaker tomato and potato side dish -wet was served then i dont know what it was 😔 but would be great if someone can correct me and share its reciepe too.
Sir.. Im from Tamilnadu, in this recipe sambar podi refers to the kulambu milagai thool we use traditionally or sambar podi we add for idli sambar recipe for flavor .. Plz clarify.. I use only homemade powder

I used Sambar Podi not the Milagai Thool. You can use Homemade one as well
