i used to live there and know where the reservoirs are. some of the best water in the usa. steep mountains, flooding is worse in the mountains as the water with increased velocity gains strength and becomes violent. i'm not a math person but their has to be an equation out there to figure the force, increase in speed, etc.i was living there in 2004 when the flooding happened and the water dept had the main damaged line then.

Asking for estimates of when the water can be restored is not logical when you see the magnitude of their job. If you want to cover water needs, keep reporting the progress made in rebuilding the washed out MAJOR roads and the burying of new pipes. What they did this week was amazing. Show that.
