I met Danny Trejo earlier this year at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival. He was selling his own tacos at a stand and took photos for free. He was really nice and very friendly with everyone. I hope many get the chance to meet him.

I've always like Danny Trejo. He's been through a lot. I can imagine all the youth he could win over to God's side.
Danny Trejo must have went down a dark scary path as a child and he was in prison almost I heart got the death penalty but he got out and now he still a scary badass but he is on the good side of the law and teaching young punks and gang kids to clean up their act. Can you imagine if any serial killer or evil person can be rehabilitated like Danny Trejo.
Anyone at all can change you just have to want to change. If you don't want to change it won't come. But if you want it and are willing to put in the work you can change for the better no matter what you have done.
You can be a productive or a destructive individual. Choice is yours.
He hit bottom and came back up. Truly inspirational

I remember this episode. I've met Chuck Norris & Danny Trejo. Both great guys but I wouldn't want to mess with them or their families cause I'm sure they'd kick whosoever a$$ that even tried.

he did the right thing its time to make the schools safe and friendly. I dont know about you guys but i want to help make the schools safe and friendly and less school shootings and more kind ness.
Start by kicking out the crappy woke teachers, and allowing teachers to have a firearm on site, while also enforcing discipline in the classrooms.
And look into your local school district’s corporate office with a FOIA and see where all the teacher’s wages and “budget cuts” have ended up.

This fool Danny Trejo had a troubled life.
He starting using marijuana, heroin, and cocaine by ages 8, 12, and 18 respectively.
At the age of 7, he participated in his first drug deal. He was first arrested at 10.
Throughout the 1960's, he had intermittent jail stints in the California prison system.
In 1968, a prison riot broke out during Cinco de Mayo at Soledad. From that fracas, Trejo ended up in solitary confinement, facing capital charges, and potentially, the death penalty, after hitting a guard with a rock.
He then joined the 12 step program by "accident," which he credits for making him sober for the last 40+ years.
He was finally released in July 1969 after serving 5 years of a 10-year prison sentence.
He never got in trouble with the law again.
Proves that anyone can change by turning their life around for the greater good. But they have to WANT it. So proud of Danny for making out of that lifestyle. He's truly an inspiration.

I believe his character had a different name, but it is his story. If Danny hadn't found God after his last stay in San Quentin in 1969 he probably wouldn't be with us today.
