Hi! Yes, if you have your SSN and Work permit, you shouldn't have any problem. The work permit says for how long is valid. :)

I apply after 150 day they denied it
Hi Gregory, I highly recommend asking your attorney about the reason. Most of the cases are denied becasue they can't find a credible fear.
Same happened to me they said i had to wait 180 days on the letter this js very confusing😭
