    Thank you for this great explanation. It's always wonderful shedding light onto such ignored topics.

    I had this for years and my GP insisted it was gout and treated me like that. Eventually a new doc sent me to an orthopedic doc. Gave me an injection to "kill" the nerve and I walked out pain free!

      @@marshallmade sorry, I don't know what that shot was, but he injected it between my toes to hit that nerve. He did both feet - had to have it redone on one foot. Good luck with it. You'll be happy with the results.

    I am recovering from Morton’s neuroma now. I can only pray it works because the pain can be debilitating and excruciating.

    I’m 29 I’ve had it since I was 21-22 I’m athletic so I never make a big fuss, but it is a very annoying discomfort.

    I had Morton's neuroma two years ago. I resolved it by changing to wide toe shoes (all my shoes must be comfortable and wide), rolling the bottoms of my feet with a tennis ball every night for 5-10 minutes, increasing my daily steps/walking to minimum 5 miles/day, and most importantly doing my best to reduce my stress levels overall.

      Wide fitting shoes definitely worked to help toes spread out when walking.

      I am suffering last 5 months. Can anyone suggest me the proper treatment? I have tried customized insole. It doesn't help. Some exercise help me for short time. Could you please suggest me how can I relief from the pain of my feet. I am already wearing wide shoe.

    I always have this ball like feeling at the exact position and it hurts when I applied deep pressure. I always wondered why it is so. Now I know the medical term. It's been years since I have this problem. I am relieved finally knowing what it is.
    thanks.

    How about manual therapy?

    • @ReekoFilmz-hy3xr
      @ReekoFilmz-hy3xr 9 месяцев назад +2

      @eddasilva6679 Manual self therapy yes. I personally lay on side (bad foot side down) and use other foot heel to squeeze it out like it’s a “tube of toothpaste” or something to effect of a rolling pin that’s rolling some dough (gentle long deep strokes). I get several Mulder signs (pops?) possibly different and repeated locations. Originally thought it was some type of bursitis. Pulling big toe may help also..

    Hi, please could you consider T.B. for a video?
    We have many patients with various disease sites. London still has a T.B. problem, especially among the homeless and migrant populations. This disease is as old as humans and is still a global threat to life and health.
